We had to expedite the process because our church move in date was sooner than expected and these guys rose to the occasion and got it done! The sound closet in our church caught on fire in February 2022. It burned all the cables going from the soundboard to underneath the stage and to the back of the sanctuary through the roof. The damage was extensive but Blake and his crew came out and re-ran and re-soldered dozens of cables underneath the stage and above the ceiling.

The fire happened right before our yearly annual fundraiser so we didn’t have a sound system, lights, or projector screens but Blake and his guys came out with their own equipment and ran the computer and sound and lights for us. Thanks to them, the event didn’t need to be canceled.

The quality of their work is top-notch, their customer service is top-notch as well as their prices. The quality of the sound in our sanctuary and through our livestream is great thanks to Blake and his team at Crown. They continue to check in and offer suggestions. We use crown for everything sound-system related and will continue to do so.

When our church needed a floor-mounted audio box installed, Crown Entertainment sent over their very own tech wizard, Blake Smith, and let me tell you, he didn’t just bring tools—he brought the vibes. From the moment he arrived, it was like having an old friend over.

First of all, Crown Entertainment’s team was friendly and professional from the get-go. Blake showed up right on time (a miracle in the world of contractors, am I right?), and within minutes, he was down on the floor, inspecting everything and mapping out the best spot for the box like a true audio surgeon. He clearly knows his stuff—if "audio box installation" were an Olympic sport, Blake would’ve taken home the gold.

But here’s the kicker: Not only did he do the job with a smile, he went above and beyond. You’d think we were installing a sound system at the Grammys, the way he handled it! Blake didn’t just slap the box in and call it a day. Nope. He triple-checked everything and made sure that this small job was picture perfect!

Oh, and did I mention they stayed within budget? No last-minute surprises, no weird charges, just good ol' fashioned “we told you the price and we stuck to it.” And guess what? They finished on time. I had my stopwatch ready (you know, just in case), but Blake wrapped up perfectly on schedule like he’d been doing this since birth.
