Charlene is an Excellent travel agent. I have used here services for years. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to create the perfect vacation for you. She really looks out for her clients. If a cruise you booked price goes down, she will work hard to get you a credit. Other agents I have uesed in the pass will keep your credit and not tell you.

Charlene Garcia at Cruise Planners helped us book our very first cruise to Alaska. It was everything we dreamed it would be, and Charlene took care of everything! We had an amazing stateroom, and she helped with all the onboard packages. Absolutely love booking through Plan Paradise, Charlene for our vacations. She helps take the stress away from organizing so you can actually look forward to relaxing. We’ve used her for large groups and small gatherings, but every detail was perfect. She even does surprises too!!! I enjoy having someone being a phone away if anything arises. Our dearest Charlene was able to plan a magnificent trip for us. From the moment we made reservations communication was so clear through emails, phone calls, and texts During our flight she took in consideration our special needs to go to the bathroom and selected seats that helped us in every needs. We cruised with Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Sea and our stateroom accommodations were beyond expectated, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful bag with bottles of water that helped our thirst immediately making us feel welcomed and taken care off. Charlene is the best!! She is extremely responsive and quick to get you quotes. She’ll also let you know if there are any great deals or make suggestions based on her clients experiences. For example, we thought about upgrading to the balcony on our Hawaiian cruise, she suggested using the money for the helicopter ride instead since you aren’t on the boat that much. She was right!! The helicopter tour will be a lifelong memory and we barely stayed in our room. If you’re looking for 5 star service, Charlene is your agent!
