Booking our latest cruise with Angela made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was always there to answer our questions and help us choose the best cruise for the time we had off in mid January this year.
She was available by phone, text and email and was right on top of things offering suggestions for dining, activities, excursions and even packing!
I highly recommend Angela and Cruise Planners!

We decided to do a small family cruise over New Year's, and it quickly grew into a whole extended family affair. Rick and Lori were wonderful, and patient, and extremely helpful as we continued to add family members. They gave us all the options possible for the best deal and made it easy to make minor changes along the way. They have a ton of experience with booking cruises and also provide general travel tips along with way that helped make the entire planning (and trip itself) less stressful, so we could truly enjoy the week. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for friendly, helpful, and responsive planners!!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with an Alaskan cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line. We went through Lori Kates to figure out the best options for us as it was our first ever cruise, and we were not disappointed one bit! Lori from Cruise Planners literally did everything for us! All we did was show up! She put together a fantastic 7 day trip to Secrets Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. In addition to all the bookings and logistics, she provided much needed expertise and helpful tips on topics from navigating customs to proper evening attire and tipping culture. All well within our budget! Highly recommended, will use again.

Rick Kates helped me plan a family cruise for children, grandchildren and a great-grandson. We needed the dates to work for one of my grandchildren who is a teacher, and she would be on break. We started with 10 rooms and then lost two of my grandchildren since they were expecting in Feb. and March. He answered all questions and concerns promptly no matter the time of day, as we had someone who needed a medical monitor and an infant. All our rooms were in the same area, we had gratuity, wifi and drink perks, and he went out of his way and found extra benefits (OBC) for all. Sent timely reminders and information about excursions. This is the second time I have used Rick and he is always prompt, professional and so very helpful and goes above and beyond for his client.

Having just graduated from college, I had never planned a trip much less an international trip. I didn’t know where to start, how to book a flight, how to find things to do, etc. Lori helped with all of this, and we had a completely awesome trip! On top of all of the help with setting up the trip, she helped rebook at the last minute (and with a 7-hour time difference) when my return flight was canceled. Used Rick Kates at Travel Planners for our exquisite 50th wedding anniversary trip of a lifetime. We spent 4 days in Singapore, a 11 day cruise up the east coast of Australia and 3 days in downtown Sydney. Rick worked with us to get the necessary flights and the five star hotels in Sydney and Singapore. He arranged the transportations between hotels and airports and for a marvelous Viator trip on the Great Barrier Reef. We had a great room on the Celebrity Edge ship. Also had our brother and sister-in-law on the trip. Rick helped us sweat out the details BEFORE the trip, so it made is some much easier. Answered all our questions and was very timely to make it an AWESOME Trip to remember. DEFINITELY call Rick to help you with your travel needs. Hope to have a cruise in Europe in 2025!
