Paul handled around 25 adults coming from a dozen different states and four different countries (most of whom had never been on a cruise before). He handled several complex problems that arose and was very generous with his time. I couldn’t recommend Paul more, and I’m grateful we found him. We’ll definitely go to him first for future cruises

My fiancé got in touch with Paul Gamber to help us set up a group block for our wedding celebration on NCL! To say Paul was the VIP is an understatement. He put me (a nervous bride, who’s in hospitality) at ease. From dealing with our needy family members (lol), to answering questions about venue space, website creation, edits, you need it? Pauly G can handle it! In all seriousness he was amazing and he is a master at wrangling cats (our families) he helped us so so so much. He is kind and also funny. We could not have done this without him! Now we’re married and we 1000% recommend them to anyone trying to plan a giant group vacation! 🙂

Paul was truly amazing. He is quick to respond and if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he will find it for you. He seeks out the best/cheapest airfare and hotel rates.
We booked a trip to Mexico at an all-inclusive resort with him. He made the experience so positive that we used him to book another trip to Atlantis Bahamas a year later.
The trip to the Bahamas was for 10 travelers coming out of 3 different airports. Paul made sure we had the best travel times, connections through the same airport so we could met up and even got our seats together. He arranged our airport pick up to ensure we arrived at the Atlantis without any problems. We highly recommend Paul and Cruise Planners!

I had to book my cruise last-minute due to work. I wanted to join my 11 other girlfriends who were already booked. Unfortunately, per the travel agent that several of my friends used, the ship was completely booked. I decided to do my own online research. Paul at Cruise Planners was the first person to contact me. I explained the situation and he said he would d do his best to find me a stateroom, and stated that he’d check 2 times a day to see of anything opened up. I wasn’t optimistic. Paul not only contacted the cruise line, several times, to explain the situation. He kept on constant contact via phone, text and email. Would you believe that he found me a balcony stateroom (I’m claustrophobic) called me immediately and we got it booked?! I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. would highly recommend calling Paul! He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients get exactly what they need. He's absolutely amazing and I’m looking forward to booking my next cruise or trip through Paul.
