I had a great experience with them, with no issues at all. I was concerned that I wouldn't have the onboard credit it said when I bought as it didn't reflect on the booking but it was all good with Holland America and we had our $100 onboard credit, so it all went smoothly. Of course, the cheapest option (guaranteed) could be a very small inside cabin, but the reservation went all well. I called their customer service to confirm everything and was well-assisted, all information was confirmed. They have good deals and Holland America was a great choice! It was an amazing trip around Alaska, the staff and food are awesome.

I’m not using my real name for I’m afraid they will block like they’ve been my calls.

All I want is a credit to be able to attend another cruise because my partner and I were unable to attend due to misinformation given.

They won’t even give credit! They would have long time customers if they would just be understanding and say they messed up. But they have me waiting for 3 hours on the phone for something I know is already received.
