Hi There my name is Kevin Bergeron From Bristol CT I am supposed to take the CT Transit 541B Bus Every Day from Stephen St To Where I Work at Bristol CT Stop and Shop lately because we have a new bus Detour Do To bridge construction does not mean that all bus drivers or most bus drivers can refuse to go down Stevens Street and pick everyone up to bring them to their job today is April 11th 2024 worst experience ever taking CT Transit I waited from 1:30 in the afternoon all the way till 3:30 in the afternoon just to go on a bus to get to work due to that I was 3 hour late to my job. everyone should be accommodated by all bus drivers and Buses should take the detour that they're supposed to do no matter the reason.

It's fine. Conveniently located, quick service, with excellent hours of operation. More than once they've saved me by being open until 6pm when I've forgotten to get a pass for the ride home. The staff is generally quick and helpful for any questions you have. Also, they have all the bus maps and will give you one if you ask.

Poor customer service. I just walked over braving the cold and wind during lunch to exchange my bad pass for a new one that works and was told I would have to come back later because the manager wasn't there!! Really So I completely wasted my time! She couldn't even tell me when to come back! It was 12:15, you would think CT Transit would have their service booth properly staffed during lunch time when people are out and need service. Obviously customer service is not a priority!

I had an issue with my 31 day unlimited local pass and was told to go to this outlet to get it replaced. The outlet was easy to find and there was a short line that moved quickly. The person at the window was able to quickly re-issue a new working card. It is located in a beautiful section of Hartford and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants and stores.

Staff here needs to use words to answer questions and not body movements. I can’t see your slight head shake through the dark glass. I know Hartford has more awkward people since this isn’t the city but I wish there was a standard everywhere.

Also, it is inappropriate to have a sold out sign for monthly bus tickets. You aren’t sold out. You are just choosing to not make more. Please use the correct language here. Obviously if you wanted to offer monthly bus passes, you would. You aren’t sold out. It just creates an odd impression that you are bs’ing everyone when really, a business decision was made to not sell more. You can’t sell out of something you never had to begin with.

I called customer care since the driver did not stop at the actual stop. They told they moved the actual stop but forgot to remove the stop sign at the old place. They told they are sending a 1 day ticket as a componsation but they did not send. I didnt needed that anyway since I already baught an monthly pass but I wanted to check whether they realy cares for their mistake or not. They didnt maintained their word.
