We searched many storage facilities and CubeSmart was our #1 top pick. Very nice facility, very clean facility, they also have restrooms and an elevator, climate control and sirvilence cameras to put your mind at ease knowing your storage is safe and secure. The staff are excellent professionals that provide great hospitality, with great service. We had a good tour and was treated as if we were at a vacation resort. The leasing process was smooth and easy. Christian was tremendously helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and ensured that I was happy with my unit.
The facility is a far departure from renting an outdoor unit. The trade off is not being able to drive directly up to the unit, but, since I won’t access my unit very often, this is not an issue for me.
The prices are better than other places I checked.
I anticipate a very good experience here.

Store4649, 11750 Commons Drive, Cincinnati, OH. What a pleasure it was dealing with Christian today. She was professional and knowledgeable. Her quoted competitive price several days ago did not change. The facility is very clean and the storage unit doors open effortlessly. I certainly recommend this facility.

Staff is nice Entrances are inconvenient for moving. The prices are cheap and that’s what gets you in the door. They FORCE you to pay for insurance or you have to show proof of renters insurance in order to rent a unit. Other places will allow you to reject the extra cost by signing a waiver to release them of liability. Places such as Extra Space will prorate the rent if you provide a notice to vacate before the month is due. Cube smart does not. I had to pay for the whole month when I called a week in advance and only used the unit for 8 days. So once they take your money for the month you then lose what you paid if you want to downsize to a smaller storage. The money does not get credited over to a new unit even when it cost less. So you pay for a space you won’t use and get charged for something smaller when you no longer need the bigger unit. You’re better off paying the few extra buck with Extra Space or Public Storage. Their customer service is aimed more towards customers and their needs instead of just collecting revenue and increasing metrics like Cube smart.

I'd say so far so good. Friendly environment. The employees are great at their job with going that extra mile and make being there a wonderful experience. Cubesmart was able to set me up with an amazing deal with a 10 x 10 unit at their Tri County location in Cincinnati. This place is pretty CLEAN and INSIDE away from the elements. Cubesmart has my recommendation. If your thinking of getting a unit with Cubesmart, they'll work with you to fit your needs. Like I said, "so far so good."
