Aubrey and her INCREDIBLE Team (her Staff & her LONG list of world-class vendors) is the most phenomenal events team you will find anywhere in the world. Their care, listening, professionalism, above-and-beyond service--I could go on and on and on--made our daughter's wedding weekend one of the most remarkable events you will ever see. The photos and videos speak for themselves--and no one could have pulled it all together the way Aubrey and Team did. Our daughter and son-in-law had a vision for their weekend that was complex and challenging and hadn't ever been done before at the venue we chose, but you wouldn't have known it with Aubrey at the helm. The wedding party and our families and our guests were blown away by the way they felt taken care of--every single detail. We're filled with so much gratitude for Aubrey and every one of her Team and every one of her vendors for the part they played in what was the celebratory weekend of a lifetime. Thank you and thank you and thank you! We cannot recommend them highly enough. 11 out of 10! Grand Slam! Best ever! We have 5 more daughters who aren't yet married, and we won't choose anyone but Aubrey and Team to help us when their day comes to get married!

Curated’s info was given to me by a friend (specifically Sara’s) right when I got engaged and it was the BEST decision I made for planning my wedding. Sara planned our entire wedding for almost 2 years and I could not have done a single thing without her. Hiring a planner was daunting to me because I knew it would be a long term relationship but after a few visits with Sara she immediately caught onto our vibe as a couple and what our vision was for our wedding. She is incredibly supportive and personable and made all of our dreams and ideas into a reality. Her and the curated team handled literally EVERYTHING from communication/booking vendors, keeping me on track with billing, keeping me on track with deadlines, all the way down to picking up my wedding dress & handling every single detail the day of. When I say every detail I mean every single detail that I would have never thought of. I didn’t have to use my brain for our entire wedding weekend because I trusted this team and knew everything would get done exactly how we planned it. The experience we had with Sara and the curated team was truly PRICELESS and something I would recommend 1,000 times over to anyone looking for a wedding planner. I am so grateful for our time spent with Sara, she truly made our wedding the most memorable experience of our lives!

Exceeded expectations! The team at Curated by Grace + White truly knows what it takes to start with a bride and groom’s dream and vision for their wedding day and bring it to fruition with their experience and expertise. My daughter had originally been looking at all-inclusive venues in town. None of them thrilled her but working full time, she thought it would make her life easier. I had fallen in love with an outdoor venue and she appeased me with taking a drive to Cavaignac Estates in Walnut Grove to see it. She liked it more than she wanted to and her fiancé shared in my excitement for the property so my daughter gave in and agreed to take on the task of taking basically a beautiful but blank slate and creating their dream wedding. The natural beauty offers so much but the details have to be brought in, from silverware and bars to an outdoor kitchen. She is creative is it was exciting but there were two conditions. She wanted a tent, because weather can’t be controlled, and she wanted to work with a planner. After several meetings with local planners she instantly knew when she spoke with Aubrey from Curated by G+W that she was the one she wanted to guide her through the next year. It was the best decision ever! Aubrey is the best! She has such a calm, calming and easy going demeanor when working with her clients that it feels she must work some kind of magic with all she gets done in the day. There were questions and requests coming at her left at right from us, day and night, especially as the wedding date got near, and she kept everything on track without missing a thing. It really was impressive. For mothers and daughters going through wedding planning together, it’s a beautiful time yet there will be differences in opinions and that can create conflict. I felt like, with Aubrey there to be a source of reassurance and support and past experiences, she was able to gently help with guiding us past the silly stuff to get to the good things. One thing I really appreciated was her honesty. I never felt like she tried to get us to go in the direction to spend more money. In fact I had a last minute request to add some detail to the tent because draping was so expensive and she found a solution that added an element of beauty but was less than I told her I would be willing to spend. That was so appreciated. She would give her opinion -agree or disagree-on what would create the aesthetic my daughter and her fiancé were going for, but she would also offer solutions on how to get there in the most efficient way. Save money here but spend it there, etc, for the most memorable experience. On the day of the wedding, we had zero stress because Aubrey and her team were there quietly handling anything and everything that could have gone wrong. We were left to have the most amazing day with our daughter and our friends and family. That was priceless. When at the end of spending the amount that a big wedding costs, you can wake up the next day and say it was perfect and you don’t regret a single thing, it’s the highest high. Aubrey truly is gifted in her ability to bring a vision to life and when even my husband is singing her praises after the wedding and describing her as amazing, it’s clear she is special.

We are forever grateful that we chose Aubrey and Curated by Grace and White to make our wedding dreams a reality. From our initial contact, Aubrey’s vast knowledge of the industry, strong working relationships with the region’s top vendors, and deep care for the couples she serves became evident.

Throughout what can be a very stressful process, Aubrey was an amazing sounding board. She consistently provided us with space to explore all of our ideas but was always ready to offer her expertise when needed. Her calm demeanor and expert advice were invaluable, and she consistently helped us navigate each decision with ease. Aubrey spent extensive time to understand our vision and was incredibly patient when met with a bride who changed her design vision halfway through planning. She executed our design better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Aubrey coordinated with all vendors seamlessly, ensuring that every detail was perfectly planned and executed. Aubrey’s working relationships with our vendors made timelines flow smoothly and it was clear vendors were genuinely excited to be working with Aubrey’s team every step of the way. Aubrey always encouraged us to explore vendors we were interested in working with, but clearly has fantastic working relationships with the best-of-the-best in the region. We truly had the most incredible vendor team thanks to her!

Aubrey answered every phone call/text/email and never left us with a worry. When one of our parents was unexpectedly hospitalized 6 weeks out from wedding day, Aubrey immediately took over what we were working on, made calls to vendors to reschedule our appointments, and made us feel confident that planning would continue when we had to take a temporary backseat. Aubrey offered to bring meals to our family to make sure we were taking care of ourselves during a very stressful time and continued to check-in on us.

It is clear that this is more than a job, but a deep and genuine care for the people she serves and the relationships she builds. Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams thanks to Aubrey’s meticulous planning and genuine care. Choosing to work with Aubrey was easily the best and easiest choice we made and we will be forever grateful to her and her team!

If you are thinking of having a wedding planner this team is the team you want to have! My husband wanted to get married on his families ranch in Oregon and I was so worried that it was going to be impossible to make both of our visions for our wedding come to life. But this team, let me tell you…. They made our wedding not only possible but so insanely perfect. I didn’t feel nearly as much stress as I was prepared for because they helped me with so much of the planning process and made it so easy! I cannot say enough good things about Curated. You should definitely hire a wedding planner and you should definitely hire this team to do it!

Look no further! The team at Curated by Grace + White, particularly Mary Hicks (our lead planner), are the best in the business when it comes to wedding planning. Our June 2023 wedding at Silverado Resort in Napa was perfection beyond my wildest dreams thanks to them. My husband and I laughed so hard it hurt, cried (happy tears), danced the night away, and truly had the best day we could have ever hoped for. All the credit has to be given to Mary and her team for making that a reality!!!

I met Mary in 2021 when she was the head planner for my brother's wedding at Park Winters. I loved her style so much that I called her right after I got engaged because I wasn't having a wedding unless she was helping with it. It's impossible to enumerate everything, but here are some of the reasons I recommend Mary and Curated:

(1) Positive attitude - Wedding planning and wedding day are notoriously stressful. That was NOT my experience at all thanks to Mary. She is the bubbliest, friendliest person, so her automatic nature is to always see things on the positive side. That's the kind of person you want on your team when the choices, opinions, and to-do lists start to get overwhelming. Everytime we hit a planning roadblock, she'd quickly jump in (before I was able to panic) with great resolutions and a positive perspective. Day of the wedding, she was the biggest hype woman, too, making me feel like a queen and reminding me to soak up our special day.
(2) Attentive/responsive - There are a million moving pieces to wedding planning and Mary was on top of it all! She was super quick and thoughtful in responding to emails/texts. During the actual wedding, she was so attentive not only to me, but our entire family throughout the weekend. She always made sure we had our favorite drink in hand while dancing and checked-in on our parents nearly every 30 minutes to make sure everyone was at the right place/time and was having a great experience. We had a huge bridal party, and I was so impressed how Mary and all of her assistants (who I hadn't met before) showed up knowing people's names.
(3) Vast industry knowledge and vendor connections - We had a "partial" planning package where we met with Mary at least once a month during the 10-month planning process. I'm so glad we went with that package instead of a "day/month of" package because it meant we could leverage Mary's vast network and knowledge of wedding venues and vendors. We found incredible vendors within our budget that we probably wouldn't have found otherwise. And these were all people who already knew and loved working with Mary, making things extra smooth day of.
(4) 100% "team bride and groom" - You have to contend with a lot of other thoughts/opinions from family/friends/vendors about your wedding making it hard sometimes to stay true to the vision you and your partner have. Not on Mary's watch though! She fights for you and your partner and empowers you to push for the wedding YOU want. She takes extra care to get to know you, your vision, and your budget, too, and will be frank about whether something really adds value to a wedding experience.
(5) Super Organized - Mary and her team are the check-list queens from start to finish! Their planning checklist is so detailed, so you know nothing is going to be overlooked. On top of that she would send us monthly to-do lists (which turned into weekly as the date got closer) so we could prioritize and focus on the most important things.

I think everyone's goal is to hire vendors that are talented and top-notch professional in their business. Mary and Curated by Grace + White clear that hurdle and then some, but the added bonus is that they are truly a pleasure to work with. They are so down to earth, kind, thoughtful, and honestly so much fun to be around. Who doesn't want that type of energy for their big day? We're beyond grateful for the work Mary and Curated by Grace + White did for us and could not recommend them more!!!

I don't even know where to start with how amazing Curated by Grace + White did for my daughter's wedding. My daughter and her fiancee chose his families ranch in a very small town in Oregon, we live in Georgia, they live in Montana, and Curated is based in California. From the start I knew we chose the perfect planner for this wedding. Our planner, Aubrey, was very professional and constantly in contact with all of us. Her communication on every aspect of the wedding was nothing short of stellar. She helped my daughter and her fiancee realize their dream and it was the most perfect day!

Aubrey had to bring in everything for the wedding from all over the area and she executed all of it perfectly! From rentals and set up, to vendors, DJ, make up, hair, photography everyone was there and they were all the best! She helped my daughter find all the best and most professional people. I can't say enough about this day, I am still smiling on how amazing it was!

This wedding was only made possible because of Aubrey and her team. I highly recommend Curated by Grace + White for any wedding big or small! They can make you or your daughters dreams a reality!

Planning a wedding in Northern California from Los Angeles, my now husband Troy and I knew that hiring a wedding planner was an absolute must-have. We interviewed two different wedding planning companies, and immediately felt that Curated G+W could perfectly execute our clear vision of a timeless, classic, modern romantic wedding. We had an introductory call with Hannah Palmer, and booked soon after.

Hannah totally understood Troy and my style of wedding planning (i.e., easily overwhelmed and quick to get decision fatigue!). Troy and I booked Curated G+W a year plus before our wedding date, so Hannah was intentional with the items we tackled each month and she gave us ample notice when we would embark on new wedding planning boulders. She kept us level headed and above water while we also juggled our usual busy lives!

Hannah was also incredibly adaptable and was seamlessly able to navigate through the changes to our vision, budget, guest count, etc. Hannah was able to simultaneously propose several different plans so that we could weigh our options and make informed decisions. I also love that Hannah wasn’t afraid to give her true thoughts and opinions based on her industry expertise, which made it a lot easier to make tough decisions! I welcomed her input.

As we got closer and closer to the wedding, it took so much stress off our shoulders knowing Hannah was handling all vendor communications! It really helped us stay focused and prioritize not being in the trenches of emails/phone calls.

Hannah really went above and beyond as our wedding planner! Even handling things like getting a custom portrait I had commissioned of Troy and his siblings professionally printed, framed, and gift wrapped in Northern California so that it would be a surprise on our wedding day!

On the day of the wedding, I was 100% stress-free knowing that all our vendors would be arriving on time as she coordinated, any fires (I don’t think there were any!) would be handled by her and her team in the background, and all I had to focus on was marrying the love of my life!

I can’t recommend Hannah and Curated by Grace + White enough! Thank you, all!
