I loved the food and wine pairing experience with Dima. The wine selections were amazing. The food was beautifully done and presented so well. This was such a fun experience. I learned more about wine and had such a fun time. Dima has a warm and inviting personality and makes the experience wonderful. Highly recommend her for a unique, fun and engaging experience.

Dima Jarjour hosted a custom wine tasting experience at our home to celebrate an engagement and anniversary party for 10 guests. We had a fun competition based on a blind wine tasting, comparing French and California wines. Dima was extremely knowledgeable and very well prepared. She made it particularly fun by the competitive questions she asked, and it was one of the best events we’ve ever held! We give Dima our highest recommendation and can’t wait to work with her again!

We had a great time at Dima’s Taste Of Spain event. Being California-centric in our wine knowledge we tend to shy away from experimenting in other regions - Boy have we been missing out! Dima’s knowledge of the region, the culture and the wine was amazing and fun to learn. The wines were great, diverse, and wonderfully paired with yummy snacks. The literature she prepared was quite professionally done and great reference material to take home. Looking forward to the next experience!

My friend and I attended an event hosted by Dima of Curated Pour last week and we had such a great time! We were both so impressed with her passion and knowledge! We tasted delicious wine, yummy tapas, plus, she made learning all about it FUN! She opened up our minds to explore wines that we hadn't come across before...it's always a good thing when you discover even more wines you like to drink! Can't wait to attend another event!

Dima is very knowledgeable about the wines and the locations they originated from. I felt like I was taking a trip to Spain and enjoyed learning about the culture and the stories of where the wines come from. I don't consider myself to be a true wine person but I absolutely loved all of the wines that Dima selected for us and the hors-d'oeuvres that paired with the wines were perfection! I will definitely attend at every opportunity I have and will bring all my friends and family!

I had the pleasure of attending a tasting hosted by Dima. It was spectacular. Not only did we enjoy exploring the different flavor profiles of various wines - she was so incredibly knowledgable about the wines and the history of the regions and influences in the environment that impacted the tastes. I feel like my education and appreciation on wines was elevated in a single evening.

If that wasn't enough, the entire evening was impeccably curated with a detail menu of each wine and a map to reference each region. The food pairings were delicious, really bringing the best tastes to the palate. And the ambiance was icing on the cake, with an outdoor dining experience under the stars, by candlelight.
