Working with Custom Coach & Limo for my wedding was a BREEZE. Truly the easiest vendor I worked with hands down. Any time I had a question, they were quick to respond within the hour and adjusted my contract easily with no problems when I needed to change it. Their prices were also very reasonable.

I had originally requested a 56 passenger bus for my wedding but was promptly called days before and informed the vehicle was having issues so instead they were going to provide two separate 27 passenger buses which I had no issue with. The buses were EXCELLENT. Clean, stylish, and well kept. Drivers were professional and on time. Highly recommend this company!

We used Custom Coach for our wedding day 10/19/23, and the experience was 5 stars all around. From our first inquiry with John, he responded to all emails promptly, the prices of the bridal party sprinter and 52-passenger shuttle for all of our hotel guests was unmatched, the vehicles were CLEAN, and John was so sucb a pleasure to work with. Not only were all drivers on time, but they were early AND waited for us to complete our pictures at the Church to take everyone back to our wedding venue. On our wedding day, our drivers were great, the service was excellent and everything went exactly as planned. No worries at all. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and clean travel service.

We used custom coach for our wedding day in NYC. The 23 person bus was awesome, clean, spacious and very fancy.
Our driver made sure to pick us up and get us to our venues with time to spare and also called in advance to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Would definitely recommend Custom Coach & Limo. We used 2 buses for our wedding and they were awesome! Easy to communicate with, decent prices, prompt and both drivers were super nice and friendly. No complaints! Will certainly be using them again.
