One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, Tracey is so nice and made accommodations for our work crew.
We are all really great full and appreciate the staff and all their hard work.

For anyone passing by it’s better than the Wyndham and OYO motel. You talk to a real person on the phone, they make real breakfast, they have great service and nice clean rooms with great beds. Give them a try if passing by or working in the area.

My construction crew stayed here for a few weeks. It's the best little hotel we have stayed in in years. Staff was great, rooms are clean, and the beds, omg nice and soft. Breakfast is amazing, from breakfast burritos to pancakes. Traci, the new manager, is great. We recommend this place 100 times.

I own a busy construction business and this hotel was so accommodating our guys staying there. The lady at the desk is super nice and helpful, which is a blessing when your 12 hours away from home and working long hours.

Rude staff. Not accommodating to people with disabilities. Literally took the phone off the hook so we could not speak professionally anymore. Seemed like a live in hotel where everyone is on drugs and pays a weekly deposit. Horrible place wouldn't send my dog too!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Needs shut down!!!

I know this review is for a stay we attempted last year 4th of July weekend, but here it is. We arrived a little after 6pm and the doors were locked. No big deal, a you man let us in and I was hit immediately by the smell of animals and a mix of smoke and musk. We had booked the rooms several weeks out due to the holiday weekend but when we wanted to check in, I was told that all the open rooms (to include the one they were going to put us in) had no AC due to them all going out. The manager sent us to Avoca to another property they owned and that not only was a long ways away for wanting to spend the days in Westphalia with family, but was also a dump. Sorry, but we will never book there again.

Manager changed locks on my rooms while I was working out of town. and kept my stuff claiming I owed past rent, but never produced a bill. local police did nothing of course and I never got my belongings back.

This is a very clean and welcoming type of place. The staff is great. The value for type of hotel is the best you will find anywhere around. It has secured entry to building, the rooms are large, and each room is equipted with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. Next best thing to being home. Highly recommended.
