I've had nothing but bad experiences with horses, so when my wife suggested a horseback riding trip for Father's Day I was pretty hesitant. It turns out our guide Shasta was great, and made sure to look back and check on us very frequently which was awesome. I really felt watched after. Once I got a handle on the horse he was good too, and I felt like he took good care of me. I didn't even realize how great of a time I had until the whole thing was over. Highly recommend this place.

With a 8 year old that never had been on a horse before and the same with the 14 year old, this was a fantastic experience. The guide was very aware and kept an eye on the girls all the time. and to ride a horse in this kind of nature is amazing.

I can highly recommend this and we'll be back again!

All around excellence! Molly was great for suggesting George Lake. It was beautiful. Jared's communication skills are above reproach. Mitchell is a horse packer par excellence. Most important, when I asked Jared to bring us out early due to impending storm, he was right on it and we got out as planned. Great group to work with and the price is right. I will definitely use their services again! Craig LaFargue

Loved it! I'm a horse guy from way back, and most paid rides I've been on are on flat dull trails on flat dull horses. This was completely different. The staff started our adventure off great, they were all so nice, and I could tell that more than one of them lived with the horses. And the horses - far from dull, these had spirit, and they know the trail. And that's a good thing, because the trail includes multiple stream crossings, climbing up and down rocks, with sheer dropoffs on the right or left. We had children as young as 9 in our party, and I never felt they were unsafe. Best paid ride I've ever been on! Highly recommend. P.S. When you check in, they'll offer to sell you a hat for $10. Buy it! I had my own hat, so I passed. I regret it to this day. Great hat, great value. PPS ask about the magnet
