Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, with a cigarette left on the floor behind the microwave, stained bed linens, and bathroom towels and washcloths that appeared unclean. Additionally, there were missing wall panels near the light switch, and the TV had exposed cables hanging from it. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. I am genuinely shocked that this property operates under the Wyndham name. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Amenities were to include daily housekeeping, coffee & breakfast items. Neither were available. Refrigerator & microwave not working. Since no one at lobby, I was not able to address this issue. If housekeeping was daily, my notes about non-working appliances would have been seen. The freezer compartment was defrosted (implies that with room turnover, appliances weren't check for cleanliness). No coffee in room. Upon checkout, girl in lobby didn't have computer password to give me a receipt. She also said there was no breakfast since Covid, so for 4+ yrs, the website info is incorrect. Also, she mentioned the coffee maker in the lobby was broken & has yet to be repaired. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Only bath towel & wash cloth, no hand towel. Bed was comfortable, pillows - not so much.

Positive: Absolutely nothing the hotel was old dirty with dirty linen on the bed. I could not get a refund so I was forced to stay. I?ve been in hundreds of hotels this hotel by far was the worse. I can?t believe that hotels with such low standards still exist. Negative: I did not like anything I did not rest well and worried about what was in the bed. I slept with all of my clothes on and covered the pillow with towels.

Joe was the only nice person there! Our rooms were AWFUL. Sheets and pillows were stained to hell. The owner was rude and unaccommodating. We had two rooms. The TV in our second room didn't work at all. There were holes in the wall and the smell was AWFUL. There were people constantly yelling around our rooms. People sleeping in the woods by the Days Inn. It was all sketchy and terrible. Joe was a kind woman (the sister of the owner) and she always greeted us. We only stayed because she was kind, but we won't be back. Unfortunate because the Hispanic food truck and location was great!

Positive: Convenient location. The man at check in was friendly. Negative: The room door has been broken into, and not fixed! There were 3 worn out (trash) bed covers on one bed. There was a big matt of hair in the bathtub drain. Everything was quite worn. No coffee maker in room. Loud guests. Bad parking. Not recommended.

Positive: The staff was somewhat helpful for the things I needed. Negative: It was so dirty. Towels were all stained, sheets and comforter had stains and holes. Dusty, dirty.? I had to clean everything myself for me and my child.

I would give this place no stars if I could but it’s not an option. We stayed longer than I wanted to because we were in a crappy situation and it was the cheapest. When we first got there they gave us keys for a room that already had people in it. The hotel smelled awful when we first walk in. The tv didn’t work for the first 2 days. The towels were stained yellow and the pillows inside the case were yellow and nasty. We saw bug in the room. We were charged $15 a day for an emotional support animal and were locked out of our room twice because management or staff went into our room( when we were told they wouldn’t enter because of our animal.) Our room smelled of cigarette smoke every time we came back because they allowed people to smoke right by the doors. WiFi would just drop for no reason. The parking lots were really dirty and very hard to see if cars were coming on the main road. They were seriously nothing good about this place at all. The hotel lobby smelled awful and had stuff everywhere. We would get woken up by people yelling outside our door.

They accidentally gave my room away to someone else under my name. Then they gave me an extremely dirty room, when no working phone. Had to call from cell phone, but when we called, they gave us a new clean room. They were supposed to have free breakfast and they had nothing.
