Horrible experience!!!! Room smelled like mold and Marijuana. We had to spray air freshener to help alleviate the smell. Front desk lady not friendly at all. We also found a German roach as well.. excessive fragrance in the hallway to mask other smells

The front desk worker is not a people person by any means. My wife forgot her new air pods on the bed, and we called a little while after we checked out. We were told housekeeping did not turn anything in. We could see the location of the air pods at someone's house one town over. The location of the air pods was at the house before another guest could have checked in due to the check-in times. We have the address, and we will deal with it in our own way. I was our fault for forgetting an item, but to outright lie about them not being left and to be treated as we are lying about leaving them. Lincoln is my hometown, and I would not have expected this in this area. If you are going to take something that can be tracked to an exact location, it is not very smart. Rant over. Unfortunately, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Floor was dirty. My husband's feet were black from where he walked around barefooted. No soap. Soap dispenser had come off the wall and was either empty or was not working. We had a late checkout approved by Wyndham.com but the hotel would not honor it. When checking in the lady was not friendly at all. Checking out the girl was cordial. The maid was pretty nasty to my husband. He told her we had a late checkout and she said no we did not. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Very clean and newly decorated. The mattresses were so comfy. Such a nice surprise to find a hotel thats affordable AND clean. I love the artwork on the wall of bedroom. Nice job refurbishing this hotel. Ill deffinately stay here next time we make this trip across countrty.

Positive: The hotel is actually nice! (Not sure why the star rate is low) It's close to where I needed to visit the next day. Negative: That was my second time staying at that hotel. I didn't see anything wrong my first experience. This recent stay. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. It still had someone hair on the shower walls and door. I didn't check anything else. As I should have.

Front desk are friendly, especially the Day shift . The lady that works the day shift will help you and go out of her way to make sure you are taking care of!!! She deserves a raise for her hard work and care for customers.

There was hair in the bed indicating sheets aren’t cleaned between guests. The toilet seat slides. The molding is falling off. The shower doesn’t get hot. The soap dispenser was broken. A lamp and power outlet failed to work. And, there’s no elevator. When notified of the toilet seat, management literally smiled and said “yes, they do that.” Just avoid.

Positive: Clean and easy check-in. Negative: The description said there would be breakfast. There was no protein (eggs, bacon, sausage). Only coffee, juice, prepackaged danish, waffles.
