We had stayed last August and it wasn't the best stay. This time around, we stayed 21 days as we were working in the area. What a difference!!! Mind you the pool is 100% permanently closed, and the 'continental breakfast' is lacking, but the room we stayed in was super clean and ready for us. We had extra towels, a fridge, no microwave which wasn't an issue for us. 2 of the ladies that work here, Leslie and Avery, made sure we had everything we needed, were extremely friendly, and very nice to chat with. I don't know the housekeepers names, but they did a good job cleaning. The only issue we had was with 1 worker, Sam. She was extremely rude! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

This has to be the absolute worst motel I've ever stayed at. The pictures on the website does not match to reality. The pool, which we were looking forward to is not in operation and has obviously not worked in years. Our room, smelled of smoke and mold, triggering my allergies. The room is horribly outdated, dirty, and needs to be torn down. It appears as though some people live here instead of on the streets. The only saving grace was the staff which was friendly but it's not worth the stay. It's not for kids, it's better suited to vagrants.

Marginally better than camping…but barely. We were on an adventure motorcycle trip across Arkansas and decided to motel vice camp as temps were really hot for October. Rooms are full all over due to folks taking in the fall colors. Rooms available here and I now know why. Absolutely the worst branded motel I’ve ever stayed at. Honestly this place just needs to be razed…it’s well past an intervention. Luckily it was the two of us riding motorcycles and I was not traveling with my wife - there is 0 chance she would have slept here. The room reeked of mold, mildew, and stale air. Ironically, they have a sign commenting on how fresh the air in the room is. Everything is pretty much gross. Carpet is gross. Stains on the walls and ceilings. Stains on towels and linens. Dead bugs smashed on the walls and ceiling. The pros are short. The location is walkable to the square (5 mins). The Wi-Fi worked. The water was hot. Breakfast was fruit loops, some mini muffins, and burned coffee. I’ll argue this place is better than being homeless…but that’s it.

This motel is just yuck! I actually cannot believe that Wyndham would keep this as a property. |Got to the hotel, had to wait 5 min for anyone to even come to the office. Once they arrived they were on their cellphone the entirety of the check in process which consisted of the printer not working and them talking about how they wanted to burn the place down. Opened the door and was hit by a wall of cigarette smell. It was so bad! The room is so outdated and was dirty. There were literally cup crumbs in one bed (the one that actually had a blanket) the other bed had a blanket with multiple cigarette burns in it. The bathroom has a popcorn ceiling that is falling down. There are too many stains on the sink and counter to count. There is coffee stuff but no coffee maker! The remote did not work to the tv and the fridge did not work. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. We wanted to run for the hills on this one and unfortunately with it being a holiday, it was the only thing that had open rooms, now I know why! |Please save your money and find somewhere else to stay!

A bad experience. When we arrived the staff was courteous. But the room was really bad. We found multiple spiders and webs in the room. They were on pillowcases, in the towels, and on the floor. The wood of the bathroom door was splintering. The wallpaper was curling off the wall. There was a ton of mildew in the bathtub (along with a pill bug). Any brass surface (the picture frames and all of the lighting in the room) was rusting. The pool was closed with it's winter cover still on. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

This place was just bad all around. The room smelled so badly like cigarette smoke! The ceiling in the bathroom was falling off, there were holes in the bathroom wall where they had to rehang the shower curtain rod and the towel rack was in the same state. I checked for bed bugs and happy there was none but there was chip crumbs in the bed. There were cigarette burns on the blanket (I would says blankets but one bed didn’t even have one). When I checked in, it took 5 min before anyone came to the desk and when they did, they were too busy on their phone to talk to me and then when the printer did not want to work they threw a fit. The room was SO outdated and dirty. There was coffee stuff in the room with NO coffee maker. The chair in the room had a broken back so it fell through when sat on. It was bad, please pass this by. Also, I am in complete shock that Wyndham would have this property in their chain!

Sheetrock falling apart, shower held together with screws. We never took our shoes off because the carpet was awful. "Breakfast" was 2 apples, 7 pieces of toast, oatmeal packs, and dry cereal. At checkin the lady said her night was not going good and she was not in a good mood. At checkout the woman was efficient then quickly went to the back and started cussing about someone. Dreary, dingy, depressing and dirty place. I cannot recommend this place and will not stay there again ||

When I checked in it was 6:30 pm or so on a 95 degree day. The AC was off...meaning the room was close to 90 degrees as it faced WEST! Reeked of cigarette smoke though I requested non-smoking. Couldn't handle it...knew even with AC on it wouldn't be below 80 until 6 7 maybe 8 am...we got back in car, checked out of the SMOKING room even though I requested NON_SMOKING and drove home through the night. I'll never deal with anything going forward with the name WYndham on it...Jeez! Vette your hotel/motels better!
