The room itself was pretty decent. It was very clean and spacious. The only issue we had was. That it was a no smoking hotel. The people next to us were smoking the whole time we were there. They weren't smoking cigarettes either🙄. Plus, their TV was loud all night. Also, they needed to clean the fridge. I didn't open it because of how it looked on the outside. Other than that, it's a good night's rest.

We knew we were going to check in late and had a lot of stuff to bring inside, so we requested a first floor room ahead of time. At most hotels when we do this, we end up with a second or third floor walk up, but when we checked in to the Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta at nearly 1 AM, we were given the very closest room on the first floor. Loading in was a breeze and the night clerk, Ramses, Was very kind. In addition, we had a couple of bicycles locked onto our bike rack and asked him if he thought it was safe enough to leave them on the car overnight. He told us that there were security cameras all over the property (we could see his multi view monitor) and he showed us where we could park in one of the cameras views. Then he assured us that he’d keep an eye on our car. He was over and above the call of courtesy. In the morning I went to fill up my water bottle at the lobby fountain and the day clerk — he may have been the manager Rick — enthusiastically called out, “ma’am!” and held out an ice cold bottle of water to me. We’ve been on the road working for three straight months now, and of all the hotels we’ve stayed in, this one was the cleanest, with the most comfortable bed, and the kindest, most efficient staff. In the current climate of meanness and hostility, the staff here reassured us that we can still count on the kindness of strangers.

My reservation was literally last minute but the reservation process was simple and easy to navigate. Upon arrival, Veronica was the front desk person. She is so impressive! She’s friendly, professional & efficient. Even though I felt the room’s floors should have been vacuumed better than they were, overall I had a very pleasant experience. I’ll definitely stay here again in future trips to the area.

Had it not been for the fact that the bed was comfortable then I would have rattled it lower.|It is run down. It does appear as they are going to renovate it, and that is needed. Rooms boring, water fosset i tub dripping and internet doesn’t work. Breakfast is terrible nothing for real to chose from. Coffee for the coffee maker in room is not the kind that the coffee maker uses, so they don’t even bother buying the right kind. |Don’t waste your money.

Probably one of many but haven’t seen many, actually so far the only hotel where the shower drains doesn’t clog. Keep up the good work. Stayed in 117 & 110. Thank you guys.

For the price I was a little skeptical, but the rooms were clean, the services was good, you get all types of people as far as guest, perfect for a quick stay, didn’t see to many kids.

Service was outstanding. More so than usual, but it never disappoints. Local lodging is all booked up because of recent hurricane, but they came through for us without excessive price gouging. Very grateful
