Finding a black owned wedding planner soon after we got engaged was important to us. This led us to De Evans. Simply put, she was the best decision we could have ever made. We did full planning and De took away all stress from planning and allowed us to enjoy the thrill of being creative as possible for our special day. Deanna was absolutely amazing! When we started to plan our wedding in 2019 with Deanna we had no idea what lay ahead, including postponing our wedding due to COVID. If it wasn’t for Deanna I’m not sure how we would have survived wedding planning. She was there every step along the way and provided great ideas and input. So glad we decided to book with De Evans Events. After postponing, the stress of wedding planning was overwhelming but as soon as we started working with Deanna a weight was lifted. She was there for every question or idea we had. I also don't know what we would have done the day of if we didn't have her. She set up the entire reception so we did not have to worry about a thing.
