As a wedding planner I love De Tierra as a wedding venue. This property is really one of a kind and unlike anything else in the area. The accommodations in the house are lovely and spacious. The property is so diverse you could spend the several days exploring and still not see everything it has to offer. The olive groves, vineyards, gardens and pool stand out as highlights to me.
If you are looking for a wedding venue to host an intimate wedding for 32 guests or less this a property that will help you feel like you have been transported out of the country for a true getaway!

The most unkind management I have ever met in my life.
I had a horrendous family emergency and asked Anna to help me cancel my reservation, which was 2 months away. Anna was unkind, cold, rude, and inhospitable. Clearly this company focuses on generating funds rather than supplying a positive customer experience or treating people like actual human beings. If you want your event to be held where the staff will treat you with kindness or hospitality, this is NOT the place. Long story short - RUN.

Very nice place in a valley. Was there for a wedding. The entire house was rented out by the wedding party, and wow, nice place to stay and relax before and after the wedding. Cell service is basically non existent for At&t and Tmobile. Not sure about Verizon. They do have wifi, so that is helpful.
