You expect a lot when you organize a wedding. I get that. But on behalf of my new bride; I would say her expectations were relatively humble. We did not have a great experience. I rarely leave a poor review but here is why I am:
1. The tent canopy was dirty and had several large holes in the roof that leaked heavily in the rain.
2. The sidewalls were in poor condition and the installers did not stake them down at all - so whenever the wind blew - the walls just blew into the tent.
3. Set up took over two days - which is a long time for a small tent. The problem was that we were told that part of the tent was in a different city and they had to wait on it to come in.
4. Dealing with the office was a constant source of headache. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with a competent person in the office. I received a cancellation of event notice one afternoon, even though the deposit had been paid, and I tried emailing, texting and calling to no avail. I finally received an email response 3 days later.
5. Back to dealing with the office - there is no physical office as it is run out of a home and the proprietor obviously does not like guests because all paperwork must be handled via credit service or post office box. It seems to take a while to get to the PO Box to gather a several thousand dollar check to secure payment.
6. The tables were in such poor shape that I wondered if the company retrieved them from a dumpster. They were filthy, unstable, and the table edges were jagged and broken. We rented 17 rectangular tables and 4 high top tables that were so unsteady, they could not be used.
7. No one ever called to follow up on our concerns and take down took another two days. Luckily, my wife and I were on our honeymoon during this, but my wife’s grandmother stated that the workers sat in their truck one day for a couple of hours eating lunch while waiting on another truck to show.
In summation - this company must be ready to pull the plug on the party rental business because the lack of quality and the extreme lack of customer support surely can’t be their ideal business model.
I wish Deb’s Part Rental the best, but if you were to ask for a recommendation; I would definitely advise you to look elsewhere.
I do wish they would change the company name because the previous owner Deborah was such a wonderful lady (a family friend) and I hate to see her name be-smudged by the incompetence and overall (seeming) lack of concern.

Deborah’s Party rentals did an excellent job communicating with me and delivering/ pick up the slide/bouncy house combo for my granddaughters birthday. The set up was very quick. I would highly recommend Deborah’s.

Hands down one of the most professional vendors I've worked with. We hosted an event with over 600 people in attendance. We rented several carnival rides as well as some additional items. The staff were amazing and everything went smoothly from setup to operation of the rides to take down. I highly recommend for yu next event!

Deborah's Rentals just helped us with our Serve Day after party, and we are overjoyed! The entire process of planning was smooth. Mrs. Vicki is super sweet and was very helpful assisting us with everything that we needed. Even when we were not sure of what we wanted or needed, she was very patient. The staff kept us up to date with drop off and pick up times. Great place to do business with! We've used them for years and they will always be our 1st call!!

We rent from Deborah's multiple times per year for different events. Each and every time, the inflatables arrive on time and in great condition. And the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Great company and great people! Vicki was super helpful in getting us the quotes and updating with changes, and Emily was AMAZING. We wanted to get some custom items made and she was available and ready to answer all of our questions and was so patient through the whole process. Emily and Wade delivered on time and picked up on time. Communication was 100 throughout the whole process! Highly recommend this company!

Great crew and easy from first call until the end. Only suggestion, give people a window of time on day of delivery so someone could be there. We didnt get a heads up on delivery time until we called at 4:30pm. They delivered at 7:30pm.
