A friend of mine bought a delta two horse slant w dressing room. Steel trailer. The paint started coming off the top. He ended falling on hard times and I bought it. I contacted Delta trailers to see what they said. They put me in touch with a man named Les. He said that the paint coming off was not normal after 4 years n informed me of 1 year guarantee on paint but he said send him some pictures. Well the way things are these days everything is the customers fault no was ready to hear the excuse to why they wouldn’t do nothing for it. Not Delta. Les said if I brought it up there they would paint it. I pull it a lot n need it so I said just send me the paint n I’ll do. Two days later the paint showed up. A lot of companies miss the chance to become a hero when handling problems like these. They’ll stand by the 1 year guarantee n that’s it. But there’s a guarantee n there is what’s right. Delta trailers n Les did what was right. I wish I could give them 50 stars

Between the cut gate, escape door and the rear door design issues and terrible welding job, I am already sorry I invested in your product.

Update 9/19
This trailer is already rusted out worse than 3 of the 20+ year old trailers I have.
Also if anyone has experience pulling this 500series Delta gooseneck trailer with a 2012 or newer Ram 2500, I would like to know if you have issues with the brakes grabbing.
I can pull other gooseneck trailers with no issues. I can use an older Ram 2500 with the delta trailer with no issues. I am wondering if it's to do with the power the newer Ram computer sends back to the brakes. Does not matter what setting the brake box is set at or if the truck is set to heavy electric or light electric brake. The brakes have to be unhooked not to grab.
I am ready to take a loss and get a trailer from a different manufacturer. Sad that my dad's 30 year old Ponderosa is in better condition, pulls better and was designed better. Ponderosa went out of business. What does that say about Delta?

Paint came off with a simple little home power washer. Trailer was taken back to seller and returned to manufacturer. It's been gone at least 2 months. The electric brake emergency box isn't working this was told to manufacturer when they had it! I was told that it was ready. It easn't. Brake box still doesn't work. Paint is missing in more places than when I sent it back! The Trailer jack is bent . I was told to straighten Trailer jack. Which was bent while gone and as far as the paint missing to buy some black spray paint and touch it up! I sent pictures of damage before I even hooked up to it! Never a Delta Trailer again!! BEWARE!!! Below is their answer to my review is false. I returned it to the seller ONE time for repair. Then I called the Delta and set it up for repairs. I think they should be responsible for their transport. The day they were starting the repairs I contacted Tim and told him of electrical issues. He said they would be checked. And where I was ever offered a refund. I don't know where that came from!!! It's a new trailer with rust. I want the trailer But I want a decent jack and I want the trailer to have paint totally covering it. Not rust!!

Where do I start. Bought a brand new Delta 16’ stock bumper pull. I can say for sure reading the reviews Delta’s quality has went downhill. My issue was peeling paint on roof. They picked up my trailer kept it 3 weeks and finally after 5-6 phone calls I got it back. I have not looked with a ladder yet what they did and at this point I’m done with them. If you want customer service if something is wrong this isn’t the trailer management for you. As for the trailer I really like it and it pulls great. I have not looked for issues underneath that people have posted about mainly because I wouldn’t know what I was looking for if I did look. Covid issues, can’t get help, can’t get supplies was the response from them. I was told they don’t have a per say warrenty repair shop that they wrk them in as they can. Maybe they should get one. I pray this trailer doesn’t have anymore issues and I don’t have to deal with this company again. I will not buy another one . No communication at all unless you just keep calling.

Purchased a new stock trailer 3 months ago, the top of the roof is already rusting and the paint is peeling away. Several sharp areas inside the trailer that can easily cut an animal. Poor welding on the inside. The rubber mats that are installed all bunched up when the temperature got hot. Not the safest trailer for horses.

Can't say I will buy another Delta Trailer. Cross frame reinforcements required by Dexter Axle were not installed on the spring hangars. Decking was cut short of a critical cross member causing the deck to severely warp and diamond plate to buckle when loaded. Company associates were short with me when this was brought up. I ended up paying for the corrections and they have ignored repeated requests for reimbursement.

Thanks Everyone For The Postings. I’ve Always Kept My Gooseneck LiveStock Traiers In Excellent Condition. If This Is The Case And The Mfg Can’t Keep Paint On Em I Don’t Need Em.
