This place is always a challenge. I'm still waiting on HC from an application filed over a month ago. DHS workers are now given 45 days to complete one application so your application can sit for a month and half without any work being done to it, so good luck people.

You get in fast but there service take always 30 days to kick in and when you are going to them 30 days is just to long there there to help I understand but 30 days to process an app for there help is just not acceptable in my personal opinion but the staff is polite and very professional

This place always takes care of the issues other DHS offices usually don't bother to help with. The new AR system has left me without food stamp more than 3 times in less than a year. This place usually gets me set again with in week or gets the paperwork processed that's just sitting in the system unprocessed.

Pointless to actually show up here if you have questions or concerns. You're told one thing, but you actually have to do another thing. The only plus is their drop off box. Just call the ARGov Number or use the site..
