Wow!! Rick at Deramus Travel is absolutely a life saver! My friend and I received an airline cancellation notice while in New York during the IT crisis. All Delta Airline flights were cancelled with no options offered but a refund on tickets. I immediately called Rick and although he was involved in a family outing, he took the time to help me and get a flight scheduled with another airline. Thank you so much Rick for getting us home safely! You're the best!!

Jennifer Kelly helped us with our Alaskan cruise in September 2023 on Holland America. Having been on this cruise herself, her experience and knowledge guided us through the process and suggested excursions. The experience was amazing. Look forward to going back some day. We recently worked with Deramus Travel to plan a cruise vacation. This company went above and beyond to make this a dream trip for our group of 12 passengers. Before we were able to take the trip, due to an unexpected health problem, part of our group had to cancel. Rick and his team took care of getting the trip canceled and getting our refund. They were amazing to work with! We definitely would recommend them for any travel plans you are planning. We will definitely be scheduling another trip with them as soon as possible!

We checked into the Sheraton in downtown New Orleans and were placed into the wrong room. Made a phone call to Rick and from 2 states away in less than 30 minutes Rick had us fixed up and in a beautiful suite with a view. I won’t use anyone else.

This agency is wonderful!!! Having no prior experience with group travel, I called Deramus Travel seeking advice and consultation. Rick spent a couple hours of his time working with our non-profit group on airline rates and flights to get us the best possible options. He did all of this knowing there was a strong possibility we would probably end up driving. He is extremely knowledgeable about the airline industry, and explained group travel considerations clearly and concisely and how the market has changed over the years. I highly recommend him and his company. We will definitely seek out Rick's assistance with future travel needs. I could not be more grateful for his time and expertise.

Dreamus Travel is a wonderful bunch of folks. Rick helped direct us to John, who has been amazing, making our trip from Arkansas to Guam a reality!! John helped us manage with scheduling travel, hotels, pick up service, etc... also dealing with testing, shots, and entry requirements. So much thankfully has been eased and lifted. Needless to say John has helped with stressed nerves and questions, always patience and friendly.
We are so looking forward to our trip!!!

Would like to say how thankful I am to Rick for his promptness to cancel an International trip, leaving Sunday after the announcement about our boarders. He called me at 10:30 p.m.Wed to let me know my trip had been canceled and that I had a voucher to use for up to 1 year. I was able to relax knowing It was all taken care of. He called me again on that Sunday to check on me and make sure I was able to cancel all tours, etc. I am forever grateful and will always recommend Deramus tours!

Alaska trip got canceled last minute, Jennifer contacted us and we got it rescheduled in a few hours. She’s very knowledgeable about the flights and the ship rooms. Seems to always have our best interest in mind. She’s gonna help us with Hawaii next. Will have her on speed dial during our trip.
