Bianca and her team were great! She helped alleviate so much stress and brought reassurance to any issues we had. I gave her a vision and she executed it beautifully. The day of the wedding her team and herself made everything go smoothly. She was very personable and made our special day beyond magical. She is very knowledgeable and accounted for all the details. I was blessed with luck in finding Desert Vibe Events to coordinate my wedding. From the get go, it was easy to communicate with Bianca and her assistant Claudia. I was comfortable to work with Bianca on my budget. Her dedication, professionalism, expertise and thoughtfulness made my wedding flawless and perfect. There were some unexpected adjustments that happened along the way and Bianca calmed me down every step of the way. She is magic with her impeccable attention to detail, timing and organization. She and her staff made the entire room sparkle with the most beautiful table settings and the flowers were so gorgeous that it took my breath away.We did not want the evening to end! Thank you for making my wedding epic, beautiful and memorable.

We are grateful for the professional and efficient service provided by both Bianca and Gabby. They helped us plan and organize our daughter’s quinceñera and we are so pleased we did. With Bianca and her team managing every aspect of the entire day, we were able to be present and really enjoy what matters….our daughter, family and friends. Bianca is a great listener and works effortlessly to present what is most important for your special day. She is a wonderful communicator and organizer. She thinks of everything to prevent hiccups so that things can run smoothly, which speak to her experience. Challenges were navigated with ease. My daughter loved the experience.

If you’re planning a wedding, you need Bianca! It’s hard to know where to begin with our praises for her….there’s so many! First and foremost she cared deeply about executing our vision- “whimsical goth/dark glam”- even though she hadn’t done a theme like that before. She worked with us to get on the same page with what the vibe should be and the pictures speak for themselves with what she pulled together! We loved the gorgeous floating floral arrangements, the antique touches, the outdoor glam furniture, the black dance floor, and the chandeliers which elevated the space. She was also extremely open to stitching together different vendors and every one of them has said that she was the best wedding planner they had worked with! You will not be disappointed if you get Bianca on your team!

Desert Vibes Events/Bianca and the team are incredible! From design planning, music, photo booth and everything in between, they made my daughter's Sweet 16 absolutely perfect. We were stunned at how Bianca and the team can transform any space into something spectacular. I specifically appreciate all the recommendations for alterations, desserts, etc. Bianca goes above and beyond. She's passionate about her craft. Special thanks to Vanessa from the team who was incredible at helping me remain calm so I could be there for my daughter on this amazing day. Thank you Desert Vibe Events!

Bianca and her team did such an excellent job on my bridal shower!! It was absolutely STUNNING and exceeded any and all expectations! I teared up when I first walked into the venue. It was truly breathtaking. Another little touch that was so worth it, was Bianca and her team directing everything. It was very helpful and we were able to really be in the present moment and enjoy it all. I highly recommend her and so very grateful to her and her wonderful team!!! Thank you

I can’t even put into the words how incredibly thankful I am to have found Desert Vibe Events and Bianca. My wedding would not have been what it was without Bianca and her team working day and night to make it perfect. Bianca and Claudia truly made me feel so cared about and so special and whatever I wanted they broke there back for me.The planning process was so easy and so organized. They listened to me and supported me no matter what and that is something any bride would dream of having. Any request or idea they were there telling me they would make it happen. The day of the wedding Bianca was a miracle worker. She was out there working so hard for me and it was so nice to feel relieved that I could trust her to make it my vision. I am just so happy with the experience we had with Desert Vibe and I am just so sad it is all over because wow what a journey it was to be apart of this with Bianca. She truly is an amazing person and I look up to her so much for what she accomplishes for you ?

I also want to add that Bianca dropped everything to decorate my cake and wow I am still blown away by what she did!

WOW! Where to even being. DVE blew our expectations out of the water. We hired them for planning, floral, design, photobooth and DJ. Having one company essentially be 90% of your vendors makes things so much easier – believe me, I was an out of town bride! The were always prompt with responses which is invaluable when planning a wedding. They always made themselves available and were professional yet down to earth. They listened to us and were able to also make polite suggestions which were truly appreciated so much. They are the BEST.

I am a self-admitted control freak, and Bianca and her team made me feel so comfortable that I was actually able to relax and enjoy my wedding day with my loved ones. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/day of coordinator – DO IT. One thing that really sticks out to me was in one of our first meetings when Bianca said “do you really want to be having to look for a power outlet on your wedding day to let the different vendors know where they can plug things in?!?” ABSOLULEY NOT. She was truly amazing, and had the most amazing staff on site for the day of to make sure that everything went smoothly.

Our flowers were so spectacularly beautiful I can’t even begin to describe it. So many people came to tell us how beautiful the flowers were – and they did it for a very reasonable price!

The design of our wedding was exactly what we wanted, the executed 100%. It was completely Pinterest worthy – total perfection!!

Our photobooth was so sleek and modern. It was technologically advanced and so easy to use – both for kids and adults. There are so many options from photos to videos, gifs, etc. and they also bring fantastic props!

Danny the DJ was unbelievable. He was the best DJ I’ve ever had (I may be biased because it was my wedding, BUT I’ve been to A LOT of parties). He took our pre-made playlist and put his own spin on it, but still managed to play the songs we love. He kept the whole dance floor packed for the entire night! He even had people on balconies across from the venue bopping!

If you couldn’t already tell I would recommend DVE 10/10 for everyone. I had so many people come up to me and say that my wedding was the best that they had ever been to. Bianca, Claudia, Danny and their entire team are all a true dream to work with. I wish that I could have another wedding just so I could work with them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making it our dream wedding and the most special day of our lives.
