Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache at least on the way back home! 90 min wait time despite multiple calls to the operator or driver who were reassuring each time that the car will be there in 15 min. At least be truthful to the customers so they are not waiting for you outside all these time.

If you do not need door-to-door transportation to a NYC airport, this group shuttle is an excellent option. The price is so much lower than others that I was afraid it was "too good to be true," until I was picked up at the New Haven RR station as promised and delivered swiftly to JFK Airport. When I returned from abroad, I would have had to wait 4 hours for the 9 pm shuttle, but the driver picked me up earlier since he did not have other passengers expecting him at 9 pm. The drivers are very nice, friendly and eager to please.

I am so glad my recent online search for reasonably priced shuttle from LaGuardia Airport in NYC to New Haven, CT landed me on $40 Airport Shuttle service. The price quoted was more affordable than other similar services, and I am glad I decided to book them because they certainly lived up to how they described their services online. Clean and clearly marked with company logo new Van, very courteous driver, on time and easy assistance with luggage. Our driver Faysal was very kind, accommodating, and professional. I was more than satisfied with their service, would certainly take them again in the future when traveling to/from a NYC airport to New Haven, CT. This is the absolute BEST shuttle that you can take when travelling from New Haven. It is the most affordable option by a long shot and the staff is amazing. I left during the holiday weekend and was nervous about traffic so I called my driver and he agreed to meet me an hour earlier. The staff are so kind and friendly. I immediately booked it for the way home as well and got just as good service! They took me straight to my house instead of the Omni as I had booked and we were supposed to pick up someone else who's flight was delayed. Instead of making me wait an hour and a half for them (as other shuttle services that charge twice the price have) they sent someone else and took me straight home. Even offered me a drink from dunkin' donuts on the drive.

Seriously, $40 airport shuttle seems too good to be true, but it is true! I couldn't be happier I discovered them !!!!

So thankful to have found this shuttle service to JFK or LGA airport! I had some family members reschedule their flight out of BDL to JFK last minute and didn't know any reliable transportation options. The driver is incredibly friendly and professional! He called me the day prior to confirm the location and time as well as sent me messages on his estimated time before arriving. The shuttle was also very clean with comfortable seating. What's also wonderful is that the shuttle could pick-up at my home address too. We paid $49 per person one-way to JFK airport (~2 hours), which is even cheaper than what I pay to ride to Bradley airport in Hartford (~1 hour). The price was almost too good to be true, especially for the stellar service, since most shuttles to NY airports cost close to $100 or more per person. You won't go wrong with this shuttle service! Big thank you to the driver. The New Haven area was really lacking on good transportation options to NY airports. 10/10 will recommend to all of my friends and am looking forward to using this service in the future!

Faysal is such a great person to have as your driver after a long trip. I have been traveling with his service for a few times and it's always been great. No waiting times and he was kind enough to drop me off at my place. Would highly recommend using this service over any other shuttle service!
