Defintley getting new pharmacy they take hrs to fill prescriptions an I had 2 antibiotics called in from er cause bacteria in my blood an said is anyway could get it fast as possible her response was we got 20 ahead of you we prioritize with important medications well text you. so I guess bacteria in my blood that the hospital is contacting me to go get this soon as i can to start isn’t a big priority great people they don’t care about people shouldn’t be in that field . It’s 2 pm I called at 10 am still haven’t been notified for my prescription an I got bacteria in my blood you guys are pathetic when I pick up my script problay at 8 pm by time they fill it I’ll never be back .

Customer Service was very helpful, curtious, kind and patient with me and when I am treated good by customer service, managers, cashiers, or the owners, nine out of ten times I will return to that business. Nicole S., who is a cashier at Drug Mart, Store # 28, is absolutely one of the nicest people i have ever met. She deserves a raise and a happy meal, LoL. Keep up the good work all of you do here at Store #28 in Olmsted Falls, Ohio.

This is a great local store that has everything you need. I think of it more as a mini Walmart than a local grocery store.

The prices are comparable to any local store. It’s not inexpensive by any means, but it is convenient and not higher than whatI’d expect from any comparable store.

Having said that, it sometimes feels like they’re trying to do too much. It’s like they’re trying to offer too much. The store often feels claustrophobic to me- with any open space shoved to the brim with merchandise. And it’s not necessarily essential merchandise. For example- they have a DVD bin. Is that necessary? Also, near the produce are a few racks of clothes and dresses. Are there a bunch of locals looking to try on dresses at their local drug mart? I think space would have been better served by offering less stuff and maybe more produce.

I do feel like they offer interesting food and flavors sometimes. It’s interesting to see what impulse items they have on the side shelves.

The workers are always very nice and personable and are a bright spot to every visit.

If I were to offer a suggestion- decrease the items you offer by 15-20% to make more space in the store. Get rid of items that make the store feel dated and junkie like DVD’s and weird clothes. And focus on all the other great stuff you do offer.

Whoever the dark curly haired middle aged lady working at pharmacy is, is extremely rude and should not be working there. Talked to me like I was dumb and basically hung up while we were in drive through for pharmacy.

I’ve been coming to this drugmart for a fair amount of years and never had issues. The pharmacy staff have always been hit or miss with being rude or not. Well as of yesterday/today I’m certainly not happy with you guys at all. If there was a way to make them reimburse me 8 hours of missed work and for all the pain I endured because of them I would. I ordered my migraine meds to be delivered before noon yesterday, the lady said they’d be out by 1:30. Okay perfect didn’t have to work until 3. Fast forward into today. Meds still not delivered, had to call off work and almost went to the emergency room because I didn’t have my meds I needed. I calm today still with a debilitating migraine and find out they never set them for delivery and they played it off as they did. Not only did I get F’d over , my manager who covered me at work did and now the person who has to get my meds for me . Why offer a service if you’re not gonna use it properly and hurt people ?

Tell me why this store has so many items for whatever you need but they DONT HAVE SHOES. Maybe i missed them but i checked every single aisle. i saw slippers and shoe insoles and shoe laces but I was in a hurry looking for shoes, shout out to none other than family dollar actually having shoes when i needed them.

I have been coming here for 8yrs and never had anything bad to say... Today that changed I went to pick up my prescription and an older woman with long silver hair behind the desk was so unbelievably rude. I wasn't aware the pharmacy keeps insurance card because in the 8 yrs I've been coming there they never had she said " your prescription isnt ready yet you can leave now" I responded I'm sorry I didn't know you keep my insurance card her response "how do you expect us to make sure everything is right and covered?" "You will get it back when your prescription is ready" OK then time to find a new pharmacy

She received the best care from everyone who worked there that she came in contact with especially Arlene O.
who rang her out.
She was patient and kind to her and I greatly appreciate that.
