If you're considering international travel, look no further. I have been a customer of Jill's for almost two decades and she has yet to disappoint. They're very knowledgeable, and travel to a lot of the resorts personally, prior to recommending them. They have connections with local transportation which makes airport to hotel an absolute dream, when it can be quite hectic. I have also always felt like the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend them!!

We have booked trips to Mexico, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Viking river cruises, Cosmos vacations to several European countries. PLEASE READ ENTIRELY FOR UPDATED REVIEW

I booked my vacation 3-4 months in advance (everything seemed seamless)...at first. 1 week before our vacation we are notified we have to change hotels [with no charge to us] and that our flight for the returning date was changed to a 4 hours earlier flight. We paid for a 4 day pass at Orlando studios which now [due to "unforeseen circumstances"] is essentially a 3 day pass because we wouldn't have time to go to the park and get to the airport in a timely manner in case of any adjustments to our flight. They could do nothing in terms of assistance in this [which means we lost money]. I understand flights are not in their control, but it does not change the situation. Fast forward, we arrive at the hotel and they don't have us in the system. I called the agency and they sounded annoyed that I even called them to ask what was going on. 30 minutes later after standing there waiting for an answer Dockside Inn & Suites "found us". They asked to put a card on file for incidentals and then our trip proceeded. We fly home after the trip and two days later I have 3 charges for my stay on my credit card [pending charges]. Until it is "posted to my card" they cannot do anything. So if you want to book your vacation and to have a hassle free experience I would just advise you do so yourself or do it directly through Orlando or Disney's website. You may spend a small amount more, but you know that everything is done at the end of it. You will sleep at peace knowing some hack-job isn't handling your money.

UPDATE: The resort held my money which means it was a mistake on Apple Vacations Side and then they must've paid them "after" I left. All in all if you're looking for a wonderful vacation regardless of age then go to Orlando Studios and immerse yourself in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and some amazing rides. My advice [Volcano Bay] was the best part...make sure to get passes and go during a reasonable time.
