Captain Robert and First Mate Mike did a wonderful job with our group of 14 people, 7 of which were kids ranging from 15 to 8. Only one person had experience with catching walleye on lake erie prior. We still came back with 21 fish!!! Not too bad for a bunch of amateurs! The crew made sure to keep us on fish the entire time! We will definitely be back and hope to request the same crew!!!

Would like to give a huge shot out to the crew! We got our anchor line wrapped around our prop yesterday and our marina could not pull our boat out for us until this week. We took a shot and stopped this morning to ask the mechanics if there was possibly of them pulling it....
Without hesitation they said absolutely, bring it on over!! Not only did the lift it for us, they even cut the line off!
Absolutely amazing guys!!

Talk about price gouging, got 1 quart of 2 cycle oil and it was $25. Won't ever stop there again. Didn't need gas so don't know the price. Should have went back to the dock pull the boat out of water went to Walmart, this is almost 5 times as much as Walmart, Do Not Shop Here, should look into this to see if this could be considered price gouging

We always stop here to get gas and have great service! Today my husband and I had engine problems and had to come back in so we docked here since they have a service shop and my husband was trying to fix our boat but no luck. One of their service guys came out jumped right in and helped us get out engine working and even explained it all to my husband, who is a mechanic by trade. My husband went to pay and they didn’t charge us at all!!! True hero’s today and what amazing people!

I took my 1989 Sea Ray in with a laundry list of little things that need to be worked on. Mark, the technician, did an awesome job. If they maintain this level of service, they have a customer for life.

Always professional and reliable. I’ve found a facility I can trust here. They make time to get me back on the water quickly. The techs are highly skilled and as I ask for advise on preventative maintenance, they have only recommended that which is necessary. I feel comfortable taking my boat across the lake after their work. Highly recommended.

Was very unhappy with our experience. We had 8 people that went in the head boat. We caught 40 fish between the 8 of us. We made 3 stops and the third stop is where we spent over half our time and caught the least fish, you would think after an hour he would have moved to a new spot. He was too busy fishing himself up front instead of helping anyone else. We had 5 kids with us and they only caught like 1 fish each and were so bored that they went to sleep on the boat for the last couple of hours. A lot of the adults were getting very fed up and tired of just sitting there with not even a bite. Supposedly the captain and his mate caught quite a few fish between the two of them. Don't know how that happens when they should have been helping out everyone else that were paying customers. We heard that many other charters that went out at the same time as us all limited out by 1 o'clock. I thought it was very unprofessional of the captain and mates to be more interested in fishing themselves than helping the kids catch a couple fish. Also, they never even shut the boat off the entire time. I've never gone fishing on a boat where they have kept in running the whole time, my dad got a headache from the fumes from the boat they were so bad. I'm sure that had a lot to do with why we didn't catch many fish also. It's just irritating that it wasn't even a bad day for fishing, we should have limited out or at least gotten close. We even went by all of the recommendations on what to use.
