My previous travel agent was the owner of a small independent. Agency specializing in cruises. We used her for many years and many cruises. She was excellent and I would have recommended her to anybody. After Covid hit she decided to retire and we needed to find a new agent. I had my doubts about finding someone who could keep us happy. She was fantastic and set a high standard. We somehow stumbled onto Lyn and were lucky a second time.

Lyn is very customer oriented and focused on finding the best price and the best experience for us. My family has done 4 or 5 cruises now with Lyn and we’ve become very fond of her. She is constantly finding ways to get onboard credits, discounts, and other offers for us.

Just this week she texted me with some strategies for our next cruise that might result in steep discounts for a future cruise. I like how she is constantly focusing on what she can do for us.

Cruises are a little different from other forms of travel. It’s important to find an agent who knows cruises well. We’ve focused on a particular cruise line which Lyn knows pretty well, but she has a lot of experience with other lines, too, which means that she has a wealth of knowledge we can all benefit from.

My family has come to love Lyn because of all she’s done for us from our first cruise to the most recent, our daughter’s and son-in-law’s honeymoon cruise. That was aboard a line they would never have considered before Lyn recommended it. They had a wonderful time and we can thank Lyn for her advice.
