The employee said there was an error in our order coming through because we ordered on the self service kiosk and it took over half an hour to make some eggs and a vending machine smoothie. We were in a tremendous rush and we had an important event out of state to get to which is why we came here instead of a sit down diner, when I asked about it they didn’t even offer to refund and let us leave since we had to go, since they were already making the food. I expressed we really are in a rush to get somewhere. The whole point of this kind of establishment is to offer fast food service. If I want to wait this long I’d go to a diner or a real restaurant. This is ridiculous and we ended up being late to an important event because we had to wait for food we had already paid for. We’ve been coming here forever but we will not be giving Duchess our money again. If your self service kiosk doesn’t work, why do you allow customers to use it and order through it? I am never coming back here and I recommend customers who are looking for fast service to not come back here either unless you want to wait over half an hour for some eggs and a vending machine drink. This is so ridiculous!!

I stopped by here, for the first time, on the route to my destination for a quick lunch.
The order was a fish sandwich, an angus burger, a large curly fry and a cup of ice.

The fish sandwich was so disgusting and wet, the tartar sauce and lettuce were all mushed together and the fish patty was as COLD!
The fries were hard and had maybe 8 -12 small pieces of fries in the container. We had intentions of sharing but it wasn’t even tasty enough to eat.
I tasted the angus burger, it was just okay but it was great in comparison to the fish sandwich.
The cup of ice was an 6 Oz clear cup of ice water.
It safe to say I’ll never be back to this place.

I just ordered a Philly steak wrap, I order here often, but today it was really bad, the cheese wasn't cooked, the onions weren't cooked, and the food was cold even though it should have been hot. And there is a young girl, she said she is the manager, and she even doesn’t know the food was cooked or not, she just standing there not even said anything, it was awful experience, I will not comeback or order again..

Duchess is the best fast food chain next to Five Guys. The curly fries are so much better than McDonald’s or Burger King FriesThey have real desserts and Mac and cheese bites and more. And they are open late -

I got 3 hotdogs, they were discussing. They were burnt, they must have been on the grill for hours. There’s no excuse for serving those hot dogs. My advice is don’t go there to eat.

It's been awhile since I've been to duchess restaurant. Still as good as I remember had a pastrami and Swiss on a hard roll with mustard tomato and onion and curly fries for$ ,50 cents extra

Picture of my 1/3 pound burger showed a fat juicy burger.... Turned out to be a pre formed hamburger patty.... Not juicy, not the thickness it was portraid as.... The bun was dry and broke apart all over my shirt.... I'm giving them 2 stars because the onion rings were great! My coworker got the Philly cheese steak, he said it was by far the worst one he's ever had...The staff was nice.

The food is edible. It's a good place to stop by if you want something relatively cheap to eat. None of the staff want to be there so they could be a bit dismissive (one time, a female employee was on the phone with her friend while ringing me out at the register). No harsh complaints but not many praises either.
