There are no words to adequately express how incredible Eileen is! She made sure our 3 event marathon wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. If you’re not sure on whether you want a planner or who to choose, this is your sign you need Eileen. I was a DIY bride at a venue with all outside vendors and having her *saved* me. She’s incredibly organized, supports your vision when you have one and advises when you don’t, has incredible relationships with many of the best vendors in Carmel Valley (and was quick to connect with any she did not know), and she’s truly one of the most kind, positive, and down to earth people. Your wedding day and the time leading up to it are of course stressful (understatement), but she will make you feel like it’s all going to be ok AND she’ll make sure it IS all ok! A few things out of our control went wrong (it’s inevitable at a 200 person event) but anything that came up she handled quickly and without anyone even noticing. Hire E Events Co for your wedding I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Eileen is the BEST! Not only is she an incredible wedding planner, but she is one of the kindest and warmest humans you’ll ever meet! Weddings can be stressful, but Eileen made us feel incredibly comfortable on our wedding day and the entire year+ leading up to it. Eileen and her team are the absolute best! Even with the many challenges of throwing a wedding during COVID, Eileen doesn't skip a beat. She makes sure everything is handled, is great at communicating with vendors, and no problem is too big for her to solve. She is flexible, empathetic (when you need it), and professional. We couldn't be happier with her services or how our event turned out. She helps you make decisions within your budget and also has great tips when you ask. It is shocking and disappointing to see the one star review of E Events Co. As the owner of the venue where this wedding took place, I can say with 100% confidence that the accusations are patently false and, not only false, but mean-spirited and vindictive. Please note that this reviewer mentions that it has been a year since her wedding, and it has also been a year since she posted other negative reviews about E Events Co.

There were red flags from this client from the start, including accusations, foul language and extreme rudeness directed at Eileen. Upon hearing this, I actually called this person to offer the venue deposit back... it did not seem like she was the right fit. I explained to her that we and our vendor team are in the business of making people happy, we all love what we do, and we all share the goal of ensuring a smooth, relaxing, and joyous occasion, and that we treat everyone with kindness and respect and expect the same in return. She replied with an email of apology to both Eileen and myself and chose to proceed.

Without going into a detailed rebuttal about the accusations within the review, I suggest any would-be client of E Events take a look at the numerous five-star reviews across multiple platforms including the Knot, Wedding Wire, etc..., which paint a clearer picture of what you could expect when working with E Events.

Eileen, the owner of E Events, leads a team of experienced, skilled, friendly and professional wedding coordinators who are committed to making every clients wedding day exceed their expectations. Eileen and her team have planned and coordinated approximately 70 weddings at my venue over the past eight years - all of them a success. I recommend Eileen and her team for anyone who wants warm, personal, talented and professional service and who wants to feel confident that their event will be beautiful and seamless.

Eileen and her team at E Events Co made my wedding, my dream wedding. I can not talk highly enough of Eileen through out the ENTIRE process. She handled literally everything from A to Z (as I was an out of state bride) and when I showed up on my wedding day all their was left to do was actually celebrate and enjoy my big day. Eileen and her team were AMAZING i would give more than 5 stars if I could. Planning a wedding is super stressful and she took a lot of the guesswork out of it. I never felt like I was chasing her down for things, she is super professional, organized and has an eye for detail. She always took into consideration my thoughts and feedback when helping me with design. Our wedding weekend was perfect and she played a huge role in that. My husband and I both agreed that we would've paid double for her she is that good! Even my parents were so impressed by her professionalism and how well the weekend ran thanks to her help.
