March 2025 went on the New Orleans tour. Our tour leader, Lisa, could not have been more helpful, organized, or concerned that each person had a good time. And we did! So many wonderful activities were included and the hotels and dinners were great. Plus we had a free day to explore on our own. Our driver, Keith, was excellent and so personable. Anyone considering traveling with Eagle Rock should do so. Book your tour! You will have a wonderful and safe trip. And create many great memories!

I just love bus trips. Sit back, relax & let someone else do the driving.
Lisa was an awesome hostess & our driver was very helpful for many that had a hard time maneuvering the steps & friendly.
I am sad that this was the last Wheeling trip though.

Had a great time last week on our trip to PA. Lisa was an excellent tour guide and Rick drove our bus like a pro. Great places to visit and lots of fun.

This was my first travel experience with this company. Setting up the trip was easy and very nice people to deal with. Arrived at the Mansfield location and first impression wasn’t the best. The bus was an old bus and later found out the suspension wasn’t the greatest. We bounced around a lot. The bus was HOTTTTT! Our tour guide told the driver for us but we had to deal with the hot bus. The seats aren’t comfortable again from it being an old bus! On the ride back home to Mansfield the driver never stopped for an ambulance with the lights on. I hope they have nicer busses in their fleet than the one I was on. The day spent in NYC was worth it but please get the suspension and heat fixed!

First off I did not expect a whole lot, but at 120 bucks a person I expected at least a comfortable seat and not a fiasco which is what we got.First thing is we were told that we couldn't reserve seats but that being able to seat next to each other was promised. We come to find out depending on which office you book out of some did let people reserve seats. Luckily we got on first and secured ourselves seats. Not so lucky for others. A guardian of a 14 year old girl was told she would have to sit away from the child, because there were seats no left together, only seats left with others because they were all reserved for friends of the tour guide. So yeah if you have a younger child on this trip there is good chance they may not sit with you!!! Almost no communication or assistance from the guide, except at the end when a tip envelope was passed around, that right we were expected to tip on this joke of a bus ride. Horrible seats, DVD player but no movies ever played, and no air circulation, just b.o and smelly feet and cursing. if that sound fun go for it. There are far better alternatives to go cheap, this is not one of them.
