BEWARE!!!! Transfer station scale is NOT calibrated correctly despite what they tell you. Brought at maximum 50lbs worth of bulk waste in a plastic rectangular storage bin that my very small 12 year old son loaded in the truck himself, and they said it was 120lbs. My son would never be able to lift that and then heave it into the tall bed of a 2500 pickup truck. They are ripping you off!

Posted hours at the transfer station was 2"30pm. Got their at 1:50PM on a Friday with a car full of stuff....it was Closed. Went to the town hall to complaint. Arrived at 2"30pm... posted hours until 4pm.....also closed...

Great people working there, good to deal with. A regular New England town, people are great to deal with. As with all New Englanders the treat you as how you treat them. They don't stand on ceremony and prestige. People are people in New England you get what you give out. Quick Karma.
