Our 1st time in Florence, and due to rain, our 4 star hotel arranged a tour with Eco Green Tours. Our tour guide Ben was not only full of historical facts but was fun, spoke English well as he is a Brit, so we got lucky! We recommend this tour highly. Because we were the only couple in the "group" he gave us much side information at different stops that was not on the audio, he made this a very personal adventure through Florence!

My family took two tour cars. One was with Fabiano was amazing, the other I can’t remember the other young guy’s name he spoke Spanish English and Italian perfectly. They were super informative and kind. They stopped to take pictures, my whole family really enjoyed the extended tour! Florence is a dream!

We booked this company for a day in Florence and a day trip to Tuscany. Our tour of Florence was to have been an all day tour;however, after lunch we spent a half hour driving to swap out our cart because they had booked a very large group last minute and needed our cart. Our guide dropped us off at the museum and had a worker there give us the tour which was brief and half hearted. Our afternoon was supposed to have been a museum tour, shopping, and gelato. We basically paid for a whole day tour and got a below average 1/2 day with no shopping or gelato and a half baked museum tour.
To add insult to injury we had pre booked our Tuscany tour with this company weeks before we arrived. They told us that afternoon that our tour had not been booked by anyone else and that they would take just us in a private car which was fine by us. Then the story switched that evening to putting us on a large group bus tour which was not anything close to the experience we wanted. After many messages back and forth with the owner we decided it was not a good idea to use this company for any further tours and told him so. We got home and discovered they had charged us full price for both tours for both my husband and I. I let the charge for the Florence tour go because it wasn't worth the hassle, but I disputed the Tuscany charge. I realize that they are a small company and need the money that large groups can bring, but we paid our money in good faith and got very poor product in return. We will not use nor recommend this company to anyone. Book at your caution and have a backup plan.

Very enjoyable experience, our tour guide was Vanessa, she was very knowledgeable, and explained so many things about the city, the history, the culture and the buildings.
Truly a beautiful city and the best thing was that we were able to drive around the old town, since other big tour busses can't go there.

Special thanks goes to our tour guide (Ms. Vanessa) who was very keen in explaining the significant buildings and all of Florence history. I would highly recommend this tour which goes around the Old Town area.
