Everyone is super nice and accommodating. Housekeeping does an outstanding job! Construction is a bit annoying to drive around but can barely hear it through the rooms so it’s not too bad. Other than that, it’s a great stay! 100% would stay/book again!

Has a very friendly and professional staff. Whenever in town for either a short stay or extended stay their rates are great. The location is also a plus,close to mostly all accessible stores.

I've stayed here before and never had any issues. This time was different for sure. The TV didn't work in the room and said contact front desk if problem continued. It did but couldn't get an answer when we called. While outside a guy I grew up with and hadn't seen in 20 years walked around the corner so of course like anyone else we speak. He came in the room while we talked for 30 minutes maybe then left. The next morning we go to eat breakfast and see him so we walk in together and eat. After staff telling us the security deposit we paid would be credited back to my card but would take 3-5 business days we left. 5 days passed so I called to find out what the delay was to be told they charged us for the guy eating with us cause he didn't have a room there. When I asked why the person working the front desk didn't say anything to him if he didn't they said he was our guest even though there'd be no way for us to know one way or another. Then they try negotiating with us if we'd book another room with them and pay $15 more then what I can book it online for they'd give me the deposit back. Something sketchy going on there. Definitely don't recommend this place after this experience.

The room was pretty clean besides the dirty mirror. My only problem is with the lady at the front desk was trying to charge more than what’s on the actually site. The price is $10 per pet and she was trying to say it’s more and that they didn’t update the site yet.

EconoLodge Is The Best Hotel In Jacksonville The Prices Are Great The Rooms Are The Cleanest. Super Nice People. I Even Have A Humidifier In My Room Definitely recommend to anybody if you’re in Jacksonville

Nice family run that takes pride in there property and customer service. clean rooms,great price,quiet.good beds and pillows,laundry little bit of difficulty on access because of frwy construction but worth it.have stayed many here many times with no complaints
