I was positively surprised. My non-smoking room was very clean and updated. Yes, it is motel in the middle of not nice area, and there may be weird people staying next doors, but I felt somewhat safe. Easy check in and out. Staff was okay. It served the purpose - overnight stay, hot shower and conformable bed.

Traveling for the holidays with my family of four. saw this budget friendly hotel with good reviews. tried to rent a two bed unit but person at the front desk said no and immediately assumed I was trying to rent for “underage” people that I had no affiliation with. He was very rude. Would steer clear, he makes assumptions without second thought.

Room was nice, clean (except for the jetted tub), had microwave & fridge & stand up shower. Jetted tub looked clean, filled it & turned jets on & there was brown flakes of dirt/grime that came out & looked like it hadn't been fully cleaned or run in months- year! I filled it, ran it & emptied it 5 times, with still stuff coming out! So I went to store for bleach/cleaner & filled/ran it 3 more times til I was satisfied to use it. I didn't complain to anyone but they definitely need better deep cleaning schedule of tubs! Especially for their prices ($175/night). I went to ask for another pillow, there was only 3 flat pillows on king size bed & staff seemed annoyed to have to get 1. Oh, & the key pad worked fine but the door was stuck, so you literally had to kick it to open it! But nice to check in at 2pm & out at 11am (I hate it when there's a later check in & early check out!)

BED BUGS.
Saw 2 bugs on the bed when i stayed in room 155 on 9/21/24.
Just discovered some inside my home 6 days later. Now that i need to hire an exterminator, i would appreciate a refund.

On top of that the room was overall creepy, gross, and outdated. Kinda ruined my whole trip honestly.

Noisy area, police around all night on Saturday. Lousy service, felt like I was bothering front desk. Only coffee service in the AM. Turns off Coffee machine. Fridge in room broke, TV not clear like the 80's. Do not recommend at all.

The place should be leveled and re done. The ceiling was leaking from the room above, flushing the toilet and taking a shower. Had bed bugs. Ppl come and go all night. Tell the front desk when we leave and all I got is I'll tell my manager.

I asked for a quiet room where I could park my motorcycle right outside and Charles gave me a great one.
The bed and bedding was pretty unbelievable for a “good value” place.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT SLEEP AT THIS HOTEL….

i came in the master lock was ripped off the wall and dangling from the door
went to use the bathroom there was 1 square left on the roll and a empty roll on the floor
went to shower and immediately after turning the shower on it turned to a bathtub because it’s clogged….
i tried to call the front desk and the phone does not work
this place is absolutely disgusting
and please “owner” do not respond with that my claim is false every other person has the same review

the bathroom window has no lock and broken so someone can EASILY get in
it’s so dirty and gross i will be calling the health department monday.
this place is GROSSSS
