Honestly, you get what you pay for the rooms are cheap so you should expect some malfunctions and the room was clean, but my bed did have cigarette burns holes in the covers and sheets. I did see a roach or two but only in the bathroom. I never experienced any bedbugs or anything like that But overall, my experience was really actually pleasant. I was in the process of moving and finding a new home and I needed to work because I work remote so this was a perfect duck off spot No one bothers you housekeeping is amazing very sweet cleans everyday The front desk is amazing. Service is a 10/10 but the rooms could be better so I’ll give them a 5.5/10 my room wasn’t that bad considering other reviews And they do allow smoking on the first floor so you should expect to smell cigarette smoke duh 🙄 But overall, if I were to need a duck off place , I definitely will be back ❤️

Would never stay here again. I slept here because I was down on my luck. The rooms are dirty as hell, it's not safe. People arguing and fighting all times of the night. The rooms are DIRTY AS HELL. No microwaves. The rooms are very dirty. I stayed for one night and I was coughing and sneezing for 2 days. If you have a car stay in there instead. Oh yea and the rooms are DIRTY AS HELL. Only rated it 2 stars because it's a place to stay if you absolutely have nowhere else to go. You'll find something much better for 10 more dollars

It’s a cheap option, so the price is reasonable. So the bathroom smelled of old dried urine. The bathtub was filthy. The television doesn’t work in the room. No microwave on the room, it’s at the front desk. The location is great, bus line very close and many stores nearby. The service is decent. It’s just a cheap option. Luckily I had my cleaning chemicals with me to sanitize the room. The heater is beaten up badly but it works. And all the lights in the room don’t work. I don’t recommend this place.

Staff is completely rude and disrespectful. We stayed 2 nights in a row. First room was filthy but bearable considering our exhaustion after traveling into town and we did not complain because of pricing and the bed was clean despite cigarette burns in the cover. Luckily, I had my own blanket. Came back a second night and after paying for the room we left to get food. I must have misplaced the key card so when we got back I went to the office to ask for another. When the woman who checked us in seen me walk in she looked very upset to see me ; rolled her eyes before getting out of her seat to see what was needed. When we got into the room it looked decent and better than the room before so we ate and got our belongings together. After we ate and changed clothes we pulled ba k the cover on the bed and the sheets not only had hair and nail clippings but they were filthy. So i called the woman who checked us in and lwt her know. Not only was she rude about it but she stated she had no access to new sheets and that they wee could not switch rooms. I asked her what we were supposed to do and she inferred that we were probably lying and she would come and see for herself. Not only did I take pictures of the sheets but very nicely invited her to come and take a look. She came in with an attitude and said something about us being there for 15 mins before calling down. With more eye rolls and attitude she asked what we wanted her to do. I told her I wasn't trying trying be a pain and just wanted new sheets. She then said she would be back with sheets and walked out leaving our door wide open. She came back and threw the new sheets on the table, told me to place the dirty sheets outside the door then walked out the door and said my child was the one who made the mess. I walked out the door after her and asked the name of her manager and she didn't even turn around. In the morning before check out while I was asleep my husband called the front desk to speak with management and not only were they rude but apparently because the room was in my name and not his they said they wouldn't speak to him and hung up. We had to leave immediately at check out so i called and asked to speak with a manager right after we left the guy that answered said he was the manager and that he had just passed me in the hallway. I tried to let him now and he then stated that he wasn't sure who I was speaking to and then he hung up. Called him back and he hung up again. Price is great but staff has no concept of customer service including management.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The bath tub looked like the tiles haven’t been touched in years. They have roaches, and when you try to switch rooms they tell you you can’t. They are very unprofessional and only care about making a quick buck and not about the customers.

This is THE WORST place I have ever stepped foot in. I did||not have high expectations, but just needed a clean room||and safe place to sleep. I did not expect a crime scene. No||protectors on the mattresses, they were COVERED in filth,||mold, stains, and blood. I only WISH I was exaggerating.||NOTHING had been wiped down or washed. Even the||towels were stained. The toilet was missing half the lid, the||ceiling was about to cave in from what looked like water||pooling in the drywall. The MOLD everywhere... plus the||building smelled so foul of marijuana and cigarettes. The air||conditioner was so filthy and packed with grime I doubt it||even worked.

Rooms are pretty brutal. Bed covers are thin and full of cigarette burns and stains. TV doesn't work. AC unit is in shambles, but thankfully is fully functional. Bathroom is banged up, but at least the shower has been resurfaced. No microwave in room, and the fridge is barely chilled. Clearly smokers of all kinds have been smoking in the rooms and seemingly the halls, too. Pervasive smoke odor. Pretty dang ooftahs stem to stern

It's a place to rest. Rooms are a decent size. Clean, for the most part, to the neck eye lol jk, but they're is some places to eat and some gas stations around. And it's right off the bus line.
