I loved the service today with a young man on the phone and later a young woman at the store. She made my visit truly enjoyable while returning some slippers. Eddie Bauer is the only retail store that I shop at that still sells high quality clothes at reasonable prices. I generally shop after the season ends for the biggest discounts which are often as much as 60%. They still fully guarantee their clothes with no questions asked as long as you still retain the receipt. I am still wearing my down parka from 20 years ago as well as one I bought 20 years ago. Both very warm and obviously well made. Ditto for shirts which are made with great fabric, wear well, and last. Highly recommended for all season clothing.

My favorite clothing shopping 🛒
Not much deal going on which is downside of my shipping experience. Usually I bought little more than I thought but this place didn't make me shop enough. Please shoppers find out why, it could may solve my curiosity!!
