The way that dispatch speaks on the phone to people is bad for his dentist bill. Their service sucks! If you’re looking to get fired for lateness- hire them! They’re always late! You have to call them hours ahead for them to get to you on time, and when you call the evil Gate Keeper for an ETA he yells “ Listen, they’re coming ok!” So this is Customer Service at Eddy’s… Good luck getting to your destination on time! May the odds be ever in your favor!

I am very thankful to come across this taxi service. I was blessed to get Frank as my driver. I had a very early flight & felt uncomfortable using an Uber or Lyft. Frank kept in contact days before, confirming as date got closer. Being a female, traveling alone @ 3am; I very soon felt comfortable with Frank as my driver. He was friendly and professional. I will use this service from here forward, if guaranteed Frank will be my driver. I would recommend & make sure to request Frank.

If you want a reliable and friendly driver, Frank is the man. I booked a ride at 4:30 am to get to EWR but I couldn’t finish packing up in time. I ended up finishing 30 minutes later, but Frank was still waiting patiently for me. He even offered to make a small detour so that I can grab something light to eat. 10/10 experience.

I use eddys taxi every night for work. when you make an appointment they are always on time for it very dependable. Frank is my fav taxi driver he is so funny and sweet and will always make sure your ride is comfy. I use this taxi service for everything even if i’m out of town 🙂

If you’re looking for a ride to the airport, ask for Frank! He arrived on time in his clean SUV and drove me safely to Newark airport. He even made a small detour so I could get breakfast! Much better to than Lyft or Uber.

His drivers (Greg) so called manager is nothing but a Flirt always trying to get with women I told him I was in a relationship but he didn’t care. I just wanted to get to my destination as fast as I can I felt so uncomfortable. I will not use this service again I told the owner an FCC he just brushed it off😡

Called and asked for an estimated time of arrival for my location on initial call ... the response was an angry employee yelling that " This is not an emergency transport company ". When I explained that it was just a question not an emergency the yelling continued but i was already in the proccess of disconecting the call. Verry unprofessional.
