Only 1 star because I had to but the poorest service and I'm from NY!!! All I wanted was a cab back to my job to grab my cell phone and back home and he said he couldn't help me. You will never get my money ever again nor locals when I tell them. You better hope I don't start my own service and put you out of business which you should be being that rude to paying people you have no class and your a horrible person and when I come back to Phillipsburg I'm going to let all of my people know your trash!

He agreed to drive to bethlehem and then got off the phone and changed his mind leaving us stranded and waiting for him. When we called back he said "WE'RE VERY BUSY NOW SORRYYYYY" And hung up! My loved one was late for an appointment and ALMOST WENT TO JAIL! And the worst part is. He knew that! We told him and he still made the decision to not even call back and tell us to figure something else out. Shame on u. THANK GOD FOR UBER F U EDDY

Don't ever call them! The guy who answers the phone is ridiculously rude and hangs up. Also, some drivers in the past, have squeezed too many high school kids in the back, with no seatbelts. They flagged my # , because I complained. They are rude and unsafe.be careful. The driver was NOT Frank, who did this. Frank is a professional, nice man.

I use Eddies to get back and forth from work 5 days a week. One of my favorite drivers is Samantha. She is punctual, kind and doesn't mind waiting a extra minute or 2 when I forget something. I always love when she picks me up!

We used Eddy's to take us to and from Newark Airport. Our driver Frank was punctual, professional and courteous. He picked us up in a newer model SUV that was clean and spacious. We be using them again.

Very disrespectful very rude doesn’t know how to talk to people he’s the worst person ever worst business person ever no accountability i’m so sorry I had to ride with his drivers. I’m so sorry for his drivers also.

First time I used Frank as our driver to go to Newark Airport and I used Eddys taxi before and Frank is excellent in every way, friendly, courteous, great service and I felt welcome with my son and he treated us as family and his SUV is clean , a lot of space and aircon was on and carried our baggage’s to and from the airport, so I gave him a very generous tip he deserved and a Fathers Day gift ! Thank you Frank and I appreciate your above and beyond service and God Bless you and family!

Unreliable and not professional at all. It says 24hrs on the internet and when you call it just rings and rings. I needed a taxi for 4:00 am to catch my bus to NYC at 4:30am. Called for over 1hr and got forwarded to another driver. That driver was at work and in Allentown and couldn’t get here on time. Needless to say I missed my bus and had to wait for the next one which got me to work super late. Hope I don’t lose my job over this incident(Just started working about 1 week ago).
