Michalea is an excellent wedding planner. She worked with me after I had to re-plan a wedding in a month’s time due to Hurricane Ian. She met with me before the wedding to review details. She was so helpful in coordinating the day of our wedding, making sure everything was taken care of and everyone was where they needed to be. She really took everything off of our plate so that we could truly enjoy the day. She is so kind but also will take charge so that all runs smoothly. We are so glad that we found her!

After the first call I had with Michaela, I knew she was the day of coordinator that I wanted for my wedding. She was cool, calm and took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Michaela had an easy going personality and she understood what we wanted for the wedding.
Every single phone call, text and email was answered promptly. She helped to coordinate all the vendors to make sure the schedule was on time.
Michaela met with me to go over all the details of what the wedding would look like.
The day of the wedding, she helped my bridesmaid fix her dress. Michaela also created a timeline of our event ensuring everything flowed smoothly. She made sure the first look, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were what we envisioned. She was personable and warm.

My daughter was married two years ago, and the venue was the Jupiter Community Center on the beach in Jupiter, Florida. I had been an event planner in my past, so when my daughters were married, I knew what to do. Our photographer referred us to Michalea and her team to coordinate the day, and they were a godsend! From my first call to her, she had a can do approach, and willing to do anything necessary. Through the process we became acquainted with her husband and two lovely daughters. I would definitely recommend her services. She is creative, professional, and 'kind'. So many planners come with a know it all mindset... Michalea is one who knows what she's doing, and puts everyone at ease. If I had another daughter, I would call Michalea!!

Quick story for everyone who comes across this review: My name is Erin, I got engaged in March 2020, literally the day before the country shut down. Fast forward to October 2020, my fiancé and I decided to go to Miami for some much needed beach time. While there we decided to meet with a wedding coordinator who stated she could help us have a small beach wedding Dec 30, 2020. Insane, I know. I signed myself up to plan and make a wedding happen in less than two months. While researching on The Knot, I somehow came across Michaela and her company, Elegant Events by Michalea. I emailed her, she got back to me almost immediately. I gave her all the details I could about my vision and pretty much gave her free reign over everything else. Michalea answered every call, every email, every question A N Y T H I N G, I needed, Michaela provided. She recommended my vendors for food, BDS CATERING. She recommended my baker for my dessert table, CAKES BY KESLINE. She managed to do everything I needed while I was up in Michigan letting her have full control. Michaela met me at my reception venue when I was able to drop into Florida for last minute details. She was so sweet, and genuine! She knew exactly what questions to ask the vendors, and she held everyone involved accountable. She was dream come true!
She was like having a family member you trust make your vision come true. My reception was BEAUTIFUL. Every single detail was well thought out. I’d recommend Michaela for ANY type of event. She was truly a prayer answered and you’d be missing out on your blessing by choosing another planner!
