Elizabeth was a fantastic wedding planner. We got married at Mission Ranch and we working with Elizabeth for nearly a year to put together our wedding. She did an amazing job putting all our (ok, almost entirely my wife's) ideas together into the most wedding wedding there ever was. Our dream florist was not doing weddings that year, but somehow Elizabeth got them to make an exception. We really wanted custom ice cubes, but the venue said it was impossible - not for Elizabeth. I wanted to incorporate some custom woodwork into the wedding, and Elizabeth made it possible. Elizabeth helped us get a good deal on our DJ, find a great photographer in our budget, and videographers who were better than we could hope. Elizabeth helped us navigate a snafu with our welcome party venue. We lived 5+ hours away and with our work schedules we were only able to come to Carmel 3 weekends to get wedding planning things done. Elizabeth did a great job making efficient use of our limited time to pull it off. On the day of, Elizabeth did a fantastic job getting everything coordinated. She was great and a genuinely nice person.

Elizabeth helped us on short notice with our wedding and took the reigns about 45 days out. What she was able to do in that time was really incredible. Our wedding was a really magical day. Our guests were bewildered at the Decor, scenery, and organization of the event. She helped pick out the perfect band to play during the early hours of the night and her rehearsal skills were awesome too. Our wedding featured live music, c02 jets, lasers, and live alpacas. The servers performed a full line service that had guests actually letting out audible “wows”. The music was perfect and the lights overhead set the mood for an iconic evening. Overall we wound highly recommend Elizabeth for any wedding or event - her communication was great but she is also a really fun, endearing, sincere person and she brings light into any room she enters. Hire her!

Elizabeth is amazing! I am so grateful that Carmel Valley Ranch referred her to me. Elizabeth is very organized and helped create a magical wedding that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. She made the entire process fun and felt like having a great friend, but also an expert to talk with and help make decisions every step of the way. Elizabeth is very responsive and kept me on track with important deadlines and decisions. I was relaxed and able to enjoy my wedding weekend with Elizabeth taking care of everything. Our wedding was everything and more than I dreamed of. Everyone said it was the best, most magical wedding they had ever been to. The credit goes to Elizabeth and her attention to detail and creativity. She also has great vendor relationships and recommendations. In addition, Elizabeth helped with our rehearsal reception and post wedding brunch. It was an incredible and perfect weekend for us (the bride & groom) and all of our guests. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone planning a wedding or an event. We’re so thankful we had her by our side throughout the entire process and all of our wedding events. Elizabeth is fantastic to work with, she’s calming, organized, professional and so fun.

Elizabeth was a godsend and an absolute joy to work with! I found her randomly, believe it or not, while searching for a wedding planner based in Monterey county. I am based in Santa Clara county and wanted to get married near the Big Sur coast. I knew I couldn’t plan it myself with my busy schedule so I went on a search for a wedding planner to help me through this process. She was the second person I spoke with and I knew within 30 minutes she was the one! I wasn’t just looking for a business partner if you will but also a friend that I can vibe with and talk to such as a girlfriend. I didn’t want it to feel like business all the time! And it never did. 🙂

Elizabeth is an excellent wedding planner! I came into this not knowing much and she helped me a ton! The process was fun, even though it was a lot of details to work through, we got it done! She helped me with figuring out which vendors to work with, recommended a lot of different options other than what my venue was recommending, and all were perfect to work with and did an amazing job!

My wedding was on October 15th and the Hyatt Highlands Inn and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day! Elizabeth took care of all the details, I didn’t stress once! Our day was so beautiful and amazing and I will always treasure it. Even though our wedding is complete, I will still make sure to stay in contact with Elizabeth. As I mentioned, I didn’t just gain a wedding planner, I also gained a friend. ❤️

My wedding was in Breckenridge, however we are from Cincinnati, Ohio so I knew planning would be a little difficult. It was stressful until I found Elizabeth at Element Events, then wedding planning became fun and relaxed. My fiance and I flew to Breckenridge 5 mths before our wedding for a week to meet with Elizabeth and try and find time to ski. Elizabeth managed to work everything out so we could meet with vendors and had plenty of time to ski. The next five months were the least stressful because of Elizabeth. So when we flew out there 3 days before our wedding my fiance and I were so relaxed and we were able spend all of our free time with our guests. The day of the wedding was so calm and so much fun, and we owe it all to Elizabeth! She was never pushy in my way but always there if I needed anything! She recommended the best vendors who made our wedding so memorable. I would recommend Element Events for anyone who wants the best memories and least stress for their event. Elizabeth was amazing and planned every detail, she met us once before our wedding and knew us well enough to know what vendors we would like. Element Events made our dream wedding happen!! “

Where should I begin!?

Elizabeth, Jessica and I would like to thank you so much for all that you did to make our special day come true. You went above and beyond for us and truly helped make it a day to remember.

If you are looking for someone to coordinate your special day or any event for that matter; I would highly recommend Elizabeth Ross of Element Events. She is awesome and really really good at what she does. She made things so easy for us and was very fun to work with. We didn't worry for one second during our wedding and because of her experience and preparation; our day went better than we could have ever imagined. We were gratefully able to enjoy and take in our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Even our friends and family made it a point to let us know how fantastic she was. I could go on and on about all the things she did for us and how much we appreciate her, but I would rather recommend that you experience it for yourself and have her coordinate one of your events. It will be the easiest and best decision you will ever make! Hands down we couldn't have done it without her.

Hiring Elizabeth to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. We realized after a few months of planning that there was no way we could handle the day-of details ourselves and we truly credit her for making sure our day ran perfectly!
