We had a wonderful experience booking our honeymoon with Lorna at Ellington Travel! Yes, it may look like a small sketchy house from the outside, but they really do a great job. From the first meeting, Lorna was honest, presented many options, and worked hard to check all available prices. Even after we left the office, she sent along a lot of information so we could make our best choice. She ended up booking flights and the resort under budget, and we were incredibly happy with our trip. When we met with her to go over final plans and pick up our travel documents, she gave us a bottle of champagne and a card to congratulate us on our wedding... now that's customer service! This is our first time using a travel agent, because we feel like we can handle it on our own, but we really enjoyed working with Lorna and will return.

As I write this, my new wife and I are packing to leave for our honeymoon to Hawaii in 12 hours and we feel so prepared!

All I can say is THANK YOU LORNA!! This was one of the Best customer service experiences I have ever experienced.

She went WAY above and beyond, from very helpful hand written notes full of tips and travel advice for exploring the island, to the very appreciated bottle of champagne 👌.

I would highly recommend using Ellington Travel and Lorna to anyone planning a special vacation. She is very knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented and genuinley cares very much about making sure you are organized and prepared for your trip. With a very busy lifestyle, I honestly could not have done it with out Lorna. Thank you so much, you are the best!!! We can't wait to explore the islands and tell you all about it 🙂

This is not really a travel agency. From my experience it might be a person or two reserving hotel rooms and flights at exagerated rates. Be very carefull. A supposed agent Ms. Mele tried to scam me big time...I caught on to her real fast. Be very aware!
