One of my most trusted shipping for Dominican Republic is this company I’ve been shipping for years and never had a problem. My products get there on a good timing manner and everything arrive safe never had a problem. I will totally recommend these people 10 out of 10. I love them. They pick from New Jersey. They also pick up from New York just call them. They’re very sweet. Call them and ask them where you are located and see if they pick up, they have certain days of the week that they will pick up from different locations.

Utilize los servicios de esta compañia por varios años hasta que en el ultimo envio se PERDIERON VARIOS articulos . Hice el reclamo por telefono con la señorita que contesta , envie fotos por whatsapp , quedaron en investigar y supuestamente hacerle el reclamo al seguro . Tuve que insistir en volver a llamar en VARIAS ocaciones y la actitud de la SEÑORITA desde el primer momento NO fue la correcta para una CLIENTA, diciendo que sus empleados son SERIOS y INSINUANDO que los ARTICULOS se pudieron perder en la propia casa de mi MADRE , jaja cuando ella es la PERSONA que abre las cajas que envio desde aqui en los 20 años que tengo viviendo en USA.. UNA FALTA de respeto y descosideracion. Estas son unas de mas razones porque las empresas LATINAS fracasan porque a diferencia de las extrageras que si RESUELVEN cualquier problema y se preucupan porque su SERVICIO AL CLIENTE sea lo mejor posible…

Embarque La Plaza ofrece un excelente e impecable servicio desde hace 20+ años. Conocidos por su honestidad y respeto hacia nosotros, los clientes. Reconocidos por ser serios y puntuales. Desde los muchachos que recogen la mercancía hasta los que la entregan, demuestran lo inculcado por su dueño.

Desde su vieja dirección en el 390 State street, todo el personal demuestra que simplemente son los mejores.

Mandamos varias cosas entre ellas 2 neveras una llego devarata el sábado 3 quedaron de resolver y hoy llaman ala persona que le entrego las neveras para decirnos que la agencia embarque la plaza o sea ellos no son responsables y que tampoco responden por los envíos que lleguen rotos,son unos irresponsable
