I’ve stayed here often. Every year, it’s been a great experience. A very expansive breakfast with everything you need including an omelette chef. Diana Medina is an excellent hostess and takes very good care of us.
Our room was excellent. I think the receptionist needs to be more friendly, definitely not too welcoming. Everyone else has been very accommodating and very friendly. I really enjoy my stays here. Great place to stay in my trainings at bombardear.

I attended Imaging USA which was held at the Gaylord but the rooms were booked full and we were directed here to stay. I'm surprised to say that I think the service here was so much better than what my peers experienced at the other hotel. The continental breakfast is to die for! Breakfast omelette made to order. The rooms were comfortable it wasn't overly crowded, extremely convenient to the airport as well as the convention venue where the event was held and there was a shuttle to and from the airport! Seriously stay here.

Our room was clean, but definitely needs a little updating. The staff has always been very inviting and accommodating, however, this was the first time we had a receptionist that was not friendly. She wasn’t rude, but definitely not too welcoming. Everyone else has been very accommodating and very friendly. We really enjoy our stays here. Great place to have a conference.

Stayed here for a clinic last week and it was fantastic. Little pricey but what you get is what you pay for. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean, and even received a text asking if we needed anything in the rooms. The staff was great and very attentive. In the mornings everyone was so friendly and people like Diana Medina greeted you and everything was picked up and clean by the time you were done eating.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The heat/AC was very slow to adjust tho and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, otherwise I’d give it 5 stars. Diana Medina, one of the breakfast staff went above and beyond to assist us. She was so kind and made my daughter who has special needs feel welcomed and special. She made our stay extra positive and we will definitely come back here the next time we have a long layover. The front desk also arranged for the kitchen to freeze my Louisiana sausage so it wouldn’t thaw. Highly recommend this place!!!! Very accommodating.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and comfy, the breakfast was so very delicious, with an omelette bar, and several healthy options! But the best part was the people! Everyone went out of their way to help and make my stay the best! Finding such great service is rare these days!

I wanted to especially thank Diana Medina! She was such a joy!

I’m so impressed by this hotel. They have one of the best free breakfasts with a made to order egg station. We met an amazing lady who was working very hard to make sure all the tables were cleared - her name was Diana Medina (shoutout to you!)

The rooms are massive and clean. The hotel is a bit dated you can tell but honestly had no effect on the stay or the welcoming nature of the staff or the cleanliness.

The operations of this hotel are incredible. They also have a happy hour between 5-7 which serves free drinks and small snacks like salsa and hummus.

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
