This business does not care about clients. Debbi, the Owner, is rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. After 4 weeks of trying to book a simple trip where I had to constantly remind her of where I was going. I made an appointment to see her at her office to pay for the trip as it was due , and she never showed up. I called today, after leaving several messages, and was told she was not in but I heard her Secretary speaking with her in the background. She then got on the phone and proceeded to be nasty. This was after leaving a deposit 2 weeks ago. She is now denying me my deposit after not doing her job. DO NOT GO HERE. Please use a respectable business where the owner does not think the client owes them something.

Would NOT recommend this travel agency. We got different information depending on who we spoke with when trying to book our trip this year. Doesn't seem like the workers communicate there and then was told multiple times by Debbie that she was very overwhelmed and shortstaffed; in my opinion she should have told us from the beginning that she couldn't take on any more clients if that was the case. We were better off scheduling our trip ourselves and that's exactly what we ended up doing. We thought using a travel agent would take some stress off of us and instead it caused us much more stress during an already hectic and busy time.

I can't say enough good things about Debbi and Embassy Travel. First, I think people forget the value of travel agents. Using her knowledge of the industry and resources, Debbi was able to find my family a great resort for Spring break, although it was pretty much last minute. The great thing about Debbi and Embassy is that they're there for you in case you need them while on your vacation. They really care about making people happy with their trips. I'll definitely be contacting Embassy Travel again for the next time I travel.

Debbi is thorough, she takes the time to explain things, is professional, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the travel industry. We feel reassured that our trip will be pleasant and enjoyable.
