Amanda at Enchanted Honeymoons was fantastic! We went on our first vacation in 35 years, Amanda helped us navigate every possible situation that could come up and what we needed to do to resolve it, she took her time to make sure we went at our pace and all of our questions were answered. She did not feel like a travel agent she was a friend helping us out. Everything on our trip went smoothly and wonderful. I will use enchanted honeymoons again for future trips. I would like to extend a huge Thank You to Amanda and the staff at Enchanted Honeymoons for a beyond perfect experience from start to finish of our vacation to the Secrets Tides in the DR. Our journey started with an email to Amanda with me letting her know what type of vacation we wanted to experience and in less than hours I had at least if not more than 25 options of destinations, prices, and luxuries. Once the the final destination was chosen it was easy breezy. Amanda made sure every single detail of the vacation was taken care of for us and all we had to do was show up. All communication was done over email because sometimes life is just too busy to step away unless you are vacationing! We decided to go into the office to go over our travel documents with Amanda just because I had to meet what I already knew was a lovely human being, and she was that indeed. Lennard from the Omaha travel agency was absolutely fantastic, he made out trip to Cancun this past week completely stress free. I really enjoyed working with Enchanted Honeymoons to book our honeymoon. We worked with Lennard and he was very patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up changing our whole plans and Lennard helped us to get it all switched around and booked to another resort even. They sent an itinerary with all of the information we would need on it about 2-3 weeks before our trip. It was nice to know that if anything went wrong we could call Enchanted Honeymoons and they would help us to solve the problem, even though we didn't have any problems. Everything was arranged for us when we got there and we only had to talk with one person to get it all scheduled, which I just think is amazing. When I go on my next trip I will for sure be using Enchanted Honeymoons just for the ease of planning.

After battling with the reservation team at Princess trying to get a cruise booked, I popped into Enchanted Honeymoons to get some help. Brandi sat me down, asked a few questions to get aligned, and we got to work. She got on the phone and started taking care of business and in a short amount of time we got everything booked. I got a follow-up call and emails as well, so I think we are all set. I will happily work with Brandi again on our next family vacation!

I had the privilege of going on a Royal Caribbean cruise with my partner Nick. Our honeymoon was awesome and spectacular. Jeff Bartels was my travel agent and he helped me out immensely because I am a poor planner, at every corner of the vacation I never had to worry. My excursions were beautiful, fun and Jeff knew exactly what was poppin. Thanks to Jeff I was also able to run into Kelsea balarini and it was phenomenal. I would 100% recommend my agent for your vacation 🙂
