I had the most amazing vacation to the Dominican Republic. We stayed at secrets royal beach punta Cana. From the booking with our very knowledgeable travel agent David Audette, resort, food and entertainment it was an amazing vacation so much so that we are going back.

Linda Skinner was our agent that booked us with Secrets of Cap Cana in Punta Cana. She had everything booked and ready for us with printouts on time and gave us helpful advice on things we never thought of. She was on top of everything! It was a breeze booking with her!
Our resort was amazing, great staff, fun excursions, and super clean. 10/10 on everything! We will book again with Linda!

Huge shout out to Renee for making our honeymoon process and experience flawless. I reached out to Renee almost two years ago when we wanted to plan our honeymoon to Greece/Italy. She was full of so much knowledge, answered all of our questions, and responded in a timely manner. Due to the pandemic we had to switch around a lot and decided to change our honeymoon to Aruba instead.

Once we decided Aruba was our choice, Renee gave us several options and once again answered my very many questions. We stayed at the Barcelo and it was perfect. We had a blast and already can't wait to go back. Thanks Renee for the awesome experience and a great time!

She listened carefully, understood our needs, made suggestions and executed a plan for our nine day trip. It was flawless! We worked with David to book a trip to Disney twice. He was great at communicating and made it super easy to book a trip. We let him know everything we wanted to do and our price point and he quickly made us slide show to give us options to choose from and from there we booked out trip. He made it super easy and even checked in with us during and after our trip. We definitely be using again for future trips

Inexperienced travel agent did not understand what “half board” meant when booking our European vacation. As a result we paid over $1,000 extra. We were then required to dine each morning and evening at the same restaurant or loose our money. She not only failed to tell us this but the company then denied any responsibility.
