I planned my wedding in 4 months and in an effort to DIY all my decor/flowers I really thought I would be able to manage running the show on the big day! My fiancé knew how stressed I was getting and told me we should hire someone. I randomly found Nicole on Instagram after searching posts at the venue. I reached out to her and she responded quickly that she was available on our wedding date and although I was hesitant in an effort to be economical her package was indeed within our budget! Honestly Thank God for Nicole because I really don’t know how I would have gotten through the day without her. She was thorough, professional, so nice, and made sure we stayed on schedule the entire day. She even took behind the scenes pictures so I could look at them the next day! She went above and beyond, brought an emergency kit which I forgot and was so helpful, she even gave us a picture frame gift which I LOVED and was not expecting at all. In short Nicole was amazing! I’m so happy she was there for us on our big day and I would recommend her 1000 times over. If you’re trying to DIY or have a small/large wedding, hire Nicole! She will make sure your day goes perfectly so you can enjoy it!

Nicole was absolutely amazing, we had a customized partial planning package and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. I’m disappointed to give Nicole just 1 out of 5 stars for her wedding planning services. We hired her for her expertise and experience, particularly because she had worked at our venue before, but the reality was far from what we expected.

While Nicole did send out our invitations, the custom design was something I could have easily done myself on Canva. Although she handled the sending, we still had to follow up with every guest to confirm they received their invites—at least four did not.

When it came to planning and coordinating with vendors, we ended up doing 90% of the work ourselves. We had to arrange our own hotel, shuttles, and private cars since Nicole didn’t manage these logistics. The wedding website was 80% complete when we handed over the logins, yet I later discovered discrepancies in the event timings that had to be corrected.

Nicole's absence from the rehearsal dinner was particularly frustrating. Initially, she said she couldn’t attend but later contacted the venue to reschedule for her availability. I cannot fathom a professional planner dictating their schedule to a bride and groom like that.

The final straw came just 36 hours before the wedding when we received a text (not a call) informing us that she had just had a baby and wouldn’t be able to attend. The person she sent in her place, Gabby, initially had no details or information about our wedding, which sent us into a panic. This lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply concerning. We would have been happy for her if she had been honest about her situation and communicated a backup plan. Instead, we feel she did not fulfill her contract and left us completely in the lurch.

For the multi-thousand dollar package we paid, we expected an engaged planner, not a last-minute notification of absence. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Nicole to think twice. Save your money and plan the event yourself; you’ll likely end up doing most of the work anyway.

Budget is a big concern when it comes to wedding planning. In many circumstances it falls into the category of MOST important factor while planning your big day. So as a frugal bride, when I tell you your budget has room for Nicole’s services as a ‘day of coordinator’ on one of the most important days of your life, I’m not exaggerating in the least. If you want to be able to enjoy this momentous moment stress free and relaxed knowing your wedding day is in good hands, you need to hire Nicole. She was amazing in every way! So attentive, accessible, responsive & thoughtful, I could not sing her praises enough & my wedding day would not have been nearly as enjoyable without her presence. Don’t put all of the time, money & energy into your big day & not be able to enjoy it. Employ Nicole’s expertise in wedding planning & attention to detail, so you can sit back and take in every special moment of your wedding!

We contacted Nicole early on in our wedding planning process because we had too much going on in our lives to give our wedding the attention it needed. Nicole went on venue tours with us and always gave her honest opinion. We booked a venue we were happy with but ultimately had too many issues to continue with their services. Nicole helped us weigh our options and make those hard decisions about how to proceed from basically square one with only a couple months to go until the wedding date we initially picked. Ultimately we made it through the planning process and had the wedding on our originally selected date at a new venue—which is an amazing feat. Nicole was great through the entire process but the week of the wedding is really where she shined. Nicole was empathetic and caring for us as the couple (and our wedding party and parents) but absolutely stern and professional with the vendors to ensure that everything went as we expected. On the day of the wedding, she took control of the timeline to make sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on time. Our venue came with a day-of coordinator, and Nicole worked very well with her to share responsibilities to make sure absolutely everything was covered. We did have one issue with one of our vendors, but Nicole stepped in and took control of that situation so it did not have a negative impact on our day beyond the initial hiccup. In addition to all of the above, Nicole also made our save the dates, wedding website, made and sent our invitations, managed our RSVPs (which were coming in both the mail and electronically), used all of our décor to decorate the venue (filled in a couple of things we missed with décor she had), and made various signage for the wedding and pre wedding activities. Now we are two months out from our wedding and still in contact with Nicole to wrap up some vendor items, we are so happy Nicole is sticking by us and still helping us get through it.

Exceptional service! We were very pleased with Nicole’s professionalism and responsiveness throughout our wedding planning process. She provided timely, high-quality products as well as recommendations for alternatives that offered the best value for our budget. Nicole alleviated much of the stress that comes with wedding planning and I would recommend her to any bride that cannot dedicate the time to DIY planning.
