Absolutely stunning place. The views at Enchantment Resort are unreal, sunrises and sunsets over the red rocks are something you won’t forget. The location is peaceful and feels totally tucked away, but still super accessible.

It’s the perfect spot to relax and reset. Whether you're hiking nearby, hanging out by the pool, or just enjoying a quiet moment on the patio, the whole experience is calming and inspiring.

I have been coming to the Enchantment every other year with family for over 20 years. It never disappoints. The views and quiet are spectacular, the service is impeccable, the restaurants and menus get ever better, the grounds and trails are always improving. It’s not inexpensive, but it is always memorable.

We traveled all the way from North Carolina for a spring vacation at Enchantment Resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish!

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and we especially want to shout out Krystal, Harry, Amber, and Michael in the restaurant—each of them went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their attentiveness and kindness made every meal feel special.

The excursions through the Trail House were another highlight of our trip. Steve, Doug, and Stassi were phenomenal guides—knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and amazing with our kids. We did a variety of adventures including hiking, mountain biking, and even a Grand Canyon tour, and each one was unforgettable. Becky at the Trail House was also fantastic, giving us thoughtful and helpful advice that really shaped our itinerary.

Our family had a memorable and meaningful stay at Enchantment, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, adventure, and natural beauty!

The views at the Enchantment Resort are breathtaking. We were upgraded to a spa suite and the infinity pool and the beautiful deck area of our casita added to the luxurious feel of the accommodations. The decor is understated southwest style and is extremely comfortable with a feeling of being home. Breakfasts, lunches and dinner were all excellent. The dinner menus are somewhat limited but the food is extremely tasty.

This resort was beyond amazing, and the views were even better. I started to get hesitant right before we went, because the recent reviews were not great. But after staying there, it just sounded like very well off snobs…which there were a few there. Besides that everything was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, the food was great, the room was amazing, and the resort overall was perfect. The hiking trails on the resort were perfect and so convenient. You didn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It was perfect!

Absolutely gorgeous resort, friendly staff, breathtaking views. Oscar was our server for breakfast one day and he gave us so many good recommendations for trails and things to do. Would definitely go back!

Our stay at Enchantment Resort in Sedona did not meet expectations, especially given the $1,300 per night price point. While the surrounding location is beautiful, the level of service and attention to detail fell significantly short.

From the beginning, there were no welcome offerings or gestures that reflected the luxury branding of the resort. At lunch, I found a hair in my food, which was unacceptable. Upon arriving in our room, we noticed a hair in the bathtub and a dirty water pitcher, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Additionally, the TV did not work, and when I reached out to guest services, the response was dismissive, with a staff member simply advising me to "keep trying."

Service throughout our stay was inconsistent. It took four calls and over three hours to receive basic amenities such as cups and a wine opener. For a resort of this caliber, such delays are unreasonable.

The experience at Mii amo Spa was also underwhelming. Given its reputation and premium pricing, I expected a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations.

The only standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the bellman, Tyler, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

Overall, the service and attention to detail did not align with the luxury experience the resort promises. Given the cost, I would not recommend Enchantment Resort to those seeking a true luxury experience.

The rooms are nice and the views are stunningly beautiful. Easy hiking from the property, which we took advantage and enjoyed. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation in Sedona. The end of April to early May was the perfect time to go. Also went to the Grand Canyon which was spectacular!
