Epic Travel was helping us plan our Honeymood to Hawaii and was wonderful at the beginning... great with getting us an appointment as soon as we call in. She was giving us good ideas and advice. She even said that she would work with our budget and get us to all of the islands we wanted to go. Unfortunetly, when we got our quote, it was close to 2,000 beyond our budget!!!! We do not need a fancy hotel room & a fancy rental car as we talked about during our consultation! Then we asked for another quote, and still the same issues. They did not put anything into consideration as to what we wanted and did not pay any attention to the detail. We wanted 3 islands and we were scheduled for 2! We did not need a fancy hotel and did not want oceanview rooms, and thats what we got.... In the end, we decided to plan it all ourselves, and we came UNDER our budget about 1,500!!! We are even staying at a well known hotel! And flying out of our 1 choice airport!
